I am so confused. What all do I need to add to my I-129F packet? I keep reading different things from all over the internet. Can someone please help?

It's not that complicated...  Follow the VJ guides or the USCIS has a checklist

YMMV

Please take time to read the instructions that accompany form I-129F on the USCIS website. There are on the same page as the form itself, to make things easy.

The fact that you are asking this question suggests you have not even opened the page of instructions and you could be missing vital information (such as which color ink to use to complete the form).

I've read everything on multiple websites which is why I am asking and confused. I have almost everything printed off that I need. I was just curious about how to assemble considering I keep reading different opinions. I of course know to use black ink. Pretty insulting.

Go from the link I posted.

btw you did not ask what order to assemble or even post a list of what you had done already, you asked "what all do i need?"

I found your link helpful. Thank you. I'm sorry I worded it wrong. I'm stressed out and was only looking for a little support. I was told to come here. Was not expecting a rude comment. I'll just browse around instead of asking questions.  Thank you though for your help NikLR. You're kind. Im just new to the whole forum thing.

Nothing's wrong with asking questions. But keep in mind if you ask a broad question then the best you'll get is a broad response. You asked what documents do you need so you were directed to the guide, which lists the documents you need. If you ask a specific question, you're more likely to get specific answers (i.e. "Do I need to include letters of intent to marry from both me and my fiance?" -> "Yes").

The instructions USCIS provides with the actual form explain a lot - start there. You'll find what's absolutely required. Additional evidence, such as what you choose to validate your relationship, for example, may vary from other people, so those specific pieces are pretty discretionary. I recommend searching the forums for the I-129 and tag the foreign country associated with your case to see what other couples from the same country have used in the past. This isn't to say you have to follow anyone's path to a T, but it can definitely be helpful in narrowing things down or just giving you general ideas on what to use.

As for the order - again, follow whatever instructions are provided with the actual form. Outside of that, the best advice is to just keep it as organized and sensible as possible. Whatever order you put it in, it's a good idea to include a cover letter that basically itemizes everything you have included in the same order it's in physically; that's what I did. This mainly will help whoever winds up reviewing your case, too, which is a good thing. :)

Good luck!

Håll ut, y'all.

signatures of "intent to marry from each of you"  need to be the original "wet  signature"

Wet signatures on the Letter of Intent are no longer required and haven't been for sometime.

Understandable, wet signatures on the I-134 are no longer needed either.  The is the federal governments attempt to be more customer service oriented

YMMV
