My husbands is: WAC-18-194-5-XXXX

but according to this working days calendar which omits government holidays, there were only 175 working days between Oct 1st 2017 and June 7th 2018 which is our NOA date.

You point out a very important thing.  I wonder if WAC and EAC have different receipt numbering system.  I need to go back to my source at USCIS and learn more.

Possibly. I checked the numbers from Oct 2017 to May 10th 2018 (when they recieved it) and June 7th (NOA) and there's no matching numbers within the case number. Also did working days, and days from recieved and NOA to Oct 2018 and nothing matches.

Guys, I think it's an interesting pattern. Because looking over the table it seems "every 4th - 5/6th case is being approved" roughly. I wonder if they just pull every 5th binder/case out of a stack of 30 for each date of the month that it was sent in.

The numbers theory is very interesting too! I can see how that could be true but definitely could not figure out my numbers.

WAC-180875  is what my number starts with if it helps to those that understand how to count.

On the old website it says "We cannot provide you with information..."

And on the new website it takes me to continue to work on my N400 that I started filling out. So after I log in I cannot find anywhere to check case status. 🤔

Let's hope we hear something soon!

10 out of 50 applications for California Service Center is actually very good!

The suspense is killing me haha. We wanted to pay off the car we jointly bought but I guess that will have to wait 😂

I have another update today that they transferred my case to another office again.

I don't worry anymore but I will just wait.  I hope we can have a good news soon.  : )

My husband and I were joking that they keep transferring us because no one wants our case 😂 Aside from that, I am too, hoping for good news soon. I'll let you know when I receive my notice in the mail.

WAC18-087-5, would be the filing (receipt) date on around February 1st, 2018 (+/- 3 days).  Am I close?

I recently filed my citizenship, I wonder if this is what triggered it.

It would seem so that your file gets transferred because of your N-400 filing.  That is common for those with a pending I-751.

The question is, how "recent" did you file N-400?

I think 🤔 you should expect combo interview, this is what am trying to avoid that is why I have still not fill my N400, till I receive my 10 yr green card.

many people received same thing just a few was lucky because they fill the n400 late.

I just don’t like interviews in general.

I did not apply for my N-400 but my case was moved regardless so I am not sure that that’s what triggers it

There's someone who just posted in the March 2018 filers that said theirs was approved with no RFE and basically lacked financial evidence and sent pics and social media posts.

I think it's safe to assume they're just pushing out cards atm unless there is a red flag on someones case on the computer.

Definitely true for CSC. They are working hard over there

I randomly checked the cases from the tracker app. I found that so many cases are now transferred. In my own understanding, it's normal process. Some cases got lucky draw for the card approved (again in my own assumption without any proof or evidence). I have no idea on what basis which ones they decide to go for normal process and which ones to get approve right away.

For those of you asking about where VSC is at.  I ran the numbers day by day from January 2, 2018, and the most recent date with active case actions, as recent as today (February 8, 2019), is the cases filed on January 9, 2018.

So they are working at about 13 months back from today’s date.

Unidentified - We can only predict using the pattern we see.  It could be slower or it could be faster.
