I wanted to share with you all, I got home after a long and stressful day at work, to find in my mailbox that my removal of conditions have been approved, it was dated 01/30/2019

Congratulations, mcfrl.

So I received another update on my case...that on Feb 6th (today) it got transferred to another office. It got transferred first on the 4th (I did not get an email about it, the information just showed on my account). Today I did get an email. I'm anxious to receive the actual notice in the mail and see what office it got transferred to.  I was reading about something similar happening to some people last year, where their cases got notifications for transfer twice within a couple of days. At this point I am just hoping for some movement. Even if we are to do an interview...bring it!

Hi nice to meet you all. I'm also a Feb 2018 filer. I'm still waiting on the Biometric appointment notice letter and have not gotten it yet. Is there any case that could possibly be approved without receiving Biometric appointment/waiver notice letter?

Hi @SSKK! Have you not gotten any kind of biometrics letter? You should contact USCIS, maybe your letter got lost or something. Last year I contacted them in the end of March after not receiving anything and afterwards I got the waiver (reusing biometrics) letter.

Hi Thanks for the reply. I actually did contact them and created the ticket and reference number for that. USCIS just sent me the letter afterwards basically saying that I had just to wait. Nothing has happened since then.

My employer recently ran the E-verify, and I was approved, so I guess I'm still safe and legal. I received the NOA regarding to the 18 month extension just like everyone else back in 2018. Just no letter regarding to the biometric.

Most importantly, I have the both text and email notification, so I should be notified although I am not sure about biometric being notified through Text/email. Hopefully it has not been lost.

Yes, most February fillers from CSC didn’t received biometric appointment letter, but received a letter telling them their old biometric in the their system will be used. Some didn’t received anything at all.

So don’t worry if you filed at California Service Center. You can call customer service to check on your case if you are not feeling comfortable.

Good luck 👍🏽

Thank you for your response. I hope my case is still in some sort of process. I've seen some Feb filers started getting approved, so hopefully I can find out soon.

Yes, I have filed it to CSC by the way.

Hi,

I have two email from uscis this early morning. The email notification said "we have taken an action on my case."

So I checked the status on the website.

One is Case transferred and the new office has jurisdiction. The second one is the new office received my case.

I just hope the instruction is about an interview... Anyway, I will wait for the letter first..

At least I have updated information so it is good but at the same time I am a little nervous.

Anyone has the same notice like I received?

On February 06, 2019, your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number WAC180*******, was transferred to another USCIS office. That office now has jurisdiction over your case. We sent you a notice that explains why we moved your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice.

I am actually nervous. a little worried.

I am not sure if your update says same thing like I received or not.  However, I hope the instruction is about an interview too. Let's hope. :)

I got the same two notifications this morning (before I went for my Bio appointment for Naturalisation). I'm hoping this means the end is in sight, but I don't mind waiting longer--it doesn't effect anything currently. Especially as t'sone day shy of a year since they received my package. Good luck all!

I'm in the exact same boat, no letter and when I queried it they opened a case and closed it basically saying "nothing to see here, we'll contact you when we're ready." And so we wait :D

I have good news to share. I just created an account at the new site, and found that my case is approved on Feb 5th.  While I wait for the approval notice and the card to arrive, I have to say that I'm pleasantly surprised to find the approval. The pessimist in me did expect a lot of delays going by the processing timeline on the website and everything you see on the news.

I hope the approval notice finds you all very soon and we all can get on with our lives with one less item to worry about.

Btw, for the record I had received my 18month extension on 08/18/18 as well.
