He her and. I filed in december him first time it got sent back and sat in the apt managers office redid what they asked for sent it again they cashed the check and online it says december 26 2017 if no reciept by 01/25 call the unhelpful 800 number. Was told to send an email he has 2 case numbers never seen this before for cri 89 and still no letter. I know they got it back made him mail it certified.

Mine too, but only just arrived yesterday. Very relieved to receive it!

 

Looking like most early Feb filers are receiving their NOAs by this point which is good news.

Hey everyone, we were supposed to be January filers, but will now be filing in February this week. I'm using the example cover letter for the I-751 guides. Wanted to quickly ask regarding the "JOINT" application listed on there. Is "JOINT" listed because the example is for both a spouse and a child? OR is it JOINT because it is for removal of conditions for residency based on marriage--as in joint for the two of us (without a child)? 

 

Also, do both the US citizen and the permanent resident sign it?  Or just the US citizen?

As per my understanding "JOINT" is between the conditional permanent resident holder and US citizen will apply for the removal of conditional permanent green card. If you had applied your pre-conditional GC last 2 years ago with your children you can include them in your application.  But you have to apply them separate requirements and biometric payment separate as well.

My Permanent Residence card expired on 05/02/2018 - and we were a little late with filing but I just sent mine today (02/19/2018) California Service Center today!

Mailed the packet on 02/05.  Received NOA, Notice Date 02/07/2018. And the wait starts...

CSC timeline says last processed application is  dated Sep. 2016.
