I sent my package on 02/09 and the check was cashed out today 02/15, waiting to get my NOA soon.

I sent our package on the 8th and it was received on the 9th, USCIS still hasn't cashed our check. This is the only time I want money to be taken out of our account asap haha! Hopefully our NOA1 and a clear check will happen soon...

Hi!

We`ll be sending ours next week. Did any of you guys include criminal record to the application packet?

In the instructions it says :

3. If no record is available, an original statement from the court that no record exists of your arrest or conviction.

If we should add this to the application,

should I get it from my home country? (impossible to get it remotely for me)

should I get it from the USA and where?

we are currently in Germany on military orders. So then what? Should I get one from Germany too?

By the way, I have no criminal records and never been in such situation in my life.

Thank you in advance.

My interpretation is that if you have ever been arrested or detained, you should include it in your packet. If you have not, then it is not applicable to you.

as far as the Biometrics appointment goes, do they email us and automatically assign us a date or are we given choices or should we do something?

Thanks

Someone correct me if I am wrong, but I believe you are assigned a date and if you cannot attend then you have to modify it with USCIS. I also believe this appointment is sent in a letter to you through the mail, and not by email.

Hello ,

I just want to ask we will be submitting our packet this Saturday.

Just quick question we just submitted our 2017 taxes to IRS yesterday and we did received verification via email that it was received by IRS. Would this be enough to provide as evidences verification submitted? Did anyone receive Transcript Tax return to be attached same time from IRS, I mean will this be system transmitted for IRS to provide the Transcript Tax Return?

Appreciate your kind reply.

Thank you

I signed up and downloaded them directly from the IRS. You can do this for free online here: https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript

Like you, I waited to submit our 2017 taxes before we filed my I-751. It will take a few days for the IRS to publish a copy of it in your online account. If you still have plenty of buffer between now and your expired status, I would recommend waiting for them to appear so you can include them in your evidence packet.

How long was the wait for IRS to post it online?

Yes I did download my Transcript online too year 2016 and 2015.

I'm due on May 3, 2018, I was hoping to submit this the sooner the better.

About a week, maybe less. You're in good time, so I'd recommend waiting for the IRS to post it.

I did read some forum they submitted e-mail verification showing that IRS received it. Or some also submitted full tax return but making sure provide the W2 copies as well.

But the safest is the copy of Transcript Tax Return from IRS website https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript

I just did all to make sure Taxes information are complete and nothing missing.

We included all our W2s, so hopefully that's good enough. Thanks for the link! I asked my wife to request copies of our 2015-2017 transcripts in case we get an RFE for that.
