That just means that they won't process your case until you've had your biometrics appointment. But yes, they are delayed with everything. But people who filed at the beginning of February are now starting to get their appointment letters.

Only filers from Vermont, California is backed up!

It may be a little controversial to say, but I strongly suspect (despite what the below shows), that everyone who filed in February has now received their NOA1. We have had a few biometrics appointments come through for Vermont filers, but that first California appointment appears to be a little elusive. Hopefully, those early February filers are still subscribed to this thread and will return to tell us as soon as the trickle begins. Stay patient everyone, it will come....

Good morning everyone, so quite this week. Is there anyone else receive Bio appointment up to now? Question regarding inform delivery feature of USPS, how long will we receive physical mail after received an inform delivery email from USPS in the morning? Just set it up yesterday so curious. Thanks.

I have had it for about 6 months now and it shows the mail you are supposed to get for the day most of the time. Informed delivery is still very spotty at least for my address. It doesn't show everything you actually get in your mailbox and sometimes it shows something that you only physically get a day or so later.
