Does it have something to do with the way you organize/file your documents? My ROC window will be opening soon. I am thinking about a way how to organize my documents so they wouldnt put it on the back burner. So when they open it,ok this is complete, looks good and browsing friendly. How do you achieve that? Please advise.

Nope has nothing to do with the way you organize your documents.

Hello,

Is there any other form aside from I-751 that needs to go with removal of condition application?

What are the other most important documents that need to go with the application?

What I have are:

-permanent resident card

-everything joint/comingling

Please advise if I am missing something else.

Thank you in advance

And scheduled, march 23rd

Did you end up getting your Oath done and dusted?

Mine was originally scheduled for March 18 but got cancelled because of COVID-19. I received notice it will be held on June 10 instead.

Hope everyone else is doing well and staying safe.

Of course not. They are not going to let go of me that easy. The whole thing got cancelled and now I have to deal with a state that insists on doing ceremonies for everything (even the exchange of drivers licenses for 18 year olds) in court rooms. A governor who wants to be the best kid in the class by shutting things down for as long as possible (no phase 2 until at least June 10th) while not a single piece of data shows it is beneficial. An agency that is so grossly behind it's not even funny. And a country that does not care or is even aware of the issues legal immigrants face on this road.

Why we even bother with this ####### is beyond me. I have now lost the job offer they held for me for the longest time, because they could not wait any longer (I can't blame them, I was amazed they waited this long).

It's a good thing I have bad luck else I would have had no luck, if it ever starts raining cornflakes my bowl will be upside down.

Why couldn't you use your residency for the job offer? or am I missing something?
