Can you please remind me what your RFE was for?

It stated "not providing enough evidence" when you read what they did recieve, it was all stuff from the AOS and nothing from the ROC. In other words, appears like the lost part of the file during the transfer.

You're at the home stretch now, don't give up. Plus if the Netherlands have similar immigration rules as Sweden, bringing your family over is not going to be easier or faster anyway... Good luck, I hope you hear something soon!

It would not only be faster, it would be easier and cheaper than this whole process, we are currently debating (aka as arguing) about it.

Hi all, I'm new to the group. My case was in limbo from Feb 2018 (when filed) to Feb 2019 when transferred from VSC to TSC. Got an RFE in late April 2019 and responded in about 2 weeks. 'RFE received' status update on May 15th 2019. I was hoping to hear again within 2 weeks of 'REF received' status update, but nope. At least I found this fabulous group to hear from folks on the same boat. Good luck to us!

Hi all, got approved last week and card arrived today. About 3 weeks after 'RFE received' online update and 16 months total.

Lucky you. Moving to Sweden would be such a hassle for us right now and take too long because there are so many people who want to move there.

Hi guys,

I filed my I751 in 2/2018, got the NOA letter fairly quickly, I think within two days, but then I didn't receive anything other than the 18-month extension letter for over a year. Not even a biometrics notice or a letter saying that I didn't need to redo biometrics.. and since that letter is supposed to have the receipt number that can track the case online, I've been in the dark for 14 months until I finally decided to apply for my N400 while the I751 was still pending, mostly out of desperation for some kind of action regarding my immigration status. I applied for naturalization online in early May 2019, got the biometrics notice like within a few days of filing, then had my biometrics appointment at the end of May. Status for the N400 says processing time is 10 months (filing in Los Angeles). But the other day, I got a letter from USCIS saying that my I751 was being transferred from CSC to NBC, and suddenly my original receipt number for the I751 is working as the online tracking receipt number.. I'm guessing the transfer has something to do with me filing the N400 while I751 is still pending, and I've seen a lot of people not like the idea of a case going to NBC because it means an interview, but honestly at this rate, I welcome a I751 interview vs waiting indefinitely... Obviously I'm hoping for a combo interview, but even if it's just the I751, I'd be happy... I'm just wondering if anyone has had a similar experience??

I filed my i751 in 2/2018 as well and filed N400 in 2/2019. Recently I received my N400 interview appointment letter (18 of june at Mt Laurel NJ) and i751 letter stating that mine is transferred from vermont to NBC as well. I am almost in the same boat as you and hope that my interview on tuesday will be a combo one so I can be done with the whole process.

Anyone else with the same situation?

Well, at least you got an interview date! I have the same timeline as yours but have heard absolutely nothing from them. My 751 was transferred from Vermont to Texas, so I'm probably in the unlucky group that have to wait longer..

Can you call them and see if your interview will be a combo?

I received an informed delivery notice that I will be getting a USCIS soon but as yet nothing in the post or any change of status on the old site!

The date on my approval letter is 2 d before the old site showed approval. I've heard that some people got their approval notice in the mail before online update, so it could be your approval letter! Fingers crossed!
