Hello, I got a notice of interview but it's only mentions-400 nothing regarding I-751. How could I know if that Combo or not???? I heard about some cases after people went to the interview they couldn't make it because the USCIS didn't know about their pending I-751 or they don't have the file.

First of all, yay for you!

Can you call them and see if it will be a combo?

Hi all! Just wanted to check if there is any movement on RFE cases. @Fr8dog and @KiRilie you guys submitted your RFEs before mine. Has there been any update? How long has it been since USCIS received your RFE response and updated the site. Thank you guys. This wait is driving me nuts!!!

Nada, nothing, zip. It is getting to be really frustrating. Our whole live is currently on hold because of this. Can't book a trip "what if you get an interview" can't apply for a job "need US citizenship for this vacancy". Everybody is asking about it every day it feels like. I'm so fed up with it right now, I'm almost at the point of packing everybody up and move across the pond.

Like I said before on my last post, I'm also so fed up with this situation, just waiting, waiting waiting, sometimes you feel like just giving up with the BS.

@Fr8dog @redstripe54 i understand your frustration. It has been nothing but stress lately. I will give it a couple of weeks or so and maybe submit my n-400. As you said, we are in a limp mode and that affects our daily lives. I was lucky enough to get a job with my extension letter and expired green card. But i might have international travels planned for my job and i cant travel without having everything straightened out.

Hang in there guys. Our time will come and all this will be over soon. Hopefully 🙏

Is there anyone waiting for the approval with the status "At this time USCIS cannot provide you with information for your case. Please contact the USCIS Contact Center at 1-800-375-5283 for additional information." on the old site and "Case Received" on the new website?? I'm little worried whereas majorities of CA applicants have been approved.

Here still waiting, just a little from VSC have been approved in my case number area. Fingers cross. Some are still waiting from December 2017 and January 2018. So am not that worried. They will definitely approve, ref or interview God forbid interview anyway.

It is well.

Did you apply for N-400? I’m a CA applicant and this happened to me when I applied for my N-400 while waiting for I-751 approval.

During my N-400 interview the officer explained to me that once I applied for naturalization, the I-751 will automatically be moved to the jurisdiction where N-400 will be handled. It just doesn’t reflect online.

Also called USCIS support months ago but seemed they didn’t have any idea about the unknown status.

10/05/15 - Sent AOS package (I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131)

10/07/15 - Package delivered at Chicago lockbox

10/14/15 - Received NOA1 text notifications

10/19/15 - Received NOA1 hard copies

10/23/15 - Received biometrics appointment letter

11/04/15 - Completed biometrics

11/10/15 - AOS case status changed to "Ready to be scheduled for interview"

12/18/15 - EAD/AP approved

12/26/15 - EAD/AP received

04/01/16 - Interview scheduled

05/04/16 - Interview date

05/09/16 - Received approval letter for I-485 and I-130 (Notice date 05/04/16)

Yes hopefully we will get the approval letters, not RFE, not definitely interview for sure. What concerns me is my case status on the old website since it looks to me that approved applicants were notified through the old website first before the new website status changed. But you are right. Crossfinger!

Nope. I have not filed N-400 yet. I've heard of the change of the process once you apply to N-400 while on I-751 is pending. I've also called USCIS tier 1 customer service and asked them about my current status and the website issue. All what they said was that they could see my case status with no issue and was still on the pending. It was months ago.
