UPDATE: My I-751 was approved on the spot during my naturalization interview today. Office said that I won't be receiving the card and will proceed to the oath ceremony. Thanks for all the help!

Did you ask for a combo interview, or was it just a normal N400 interview?

I did not ask for a combo interview. The officer explained to me that she has to approve the I-751 first before she can proceed with the N-400 application. So she went through the docs that I submitted on the I-751 first and then we did the N-400 interview.

Congratulations to those few of you that received recent approvals. Also, very nice to see those who proceeded with N-400 (when some of us, including me, felt it was risky) all those months ago, your rewards are paying off.

 Just got a notification my card was picked up by USPS.  I filed I751 on Feb 7th 2018 (suppose to be November 2017).  N400 window opened at December 2018.

I also received an RFE back in February this year,  I originally submitted my I-751 back at the start of February 2018, I was one of the first along with KRilie, and sat on it for a bit to amass a stack of further evidence, I sent it back just before the deadline on May 9th and on the site it states they received it on May 7th and will carry on processing it, I'm hoping it will be soon because I'm actually getting really fed up with this process.

My understanding was that it took about 2 weeks to get you either approved or denied after they get the RFE. Yours should be around the corner hopefully. I’m kicking myself for not submitted N-400 back when it was time. Don't know what good it would do now though.

I have applied for i751 on 1st of Feb 2018 (VSC). I also applied for N400 in Jan 2019. I received by N400 interview appointment and is scheduled for mid-june. Today my i751 status changed to the following. Does this mean that I will have my interviews for N400 and i751 together? Or my i751 is transfered to CSC? 

 

On May 21, 2019, we transferred your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number EAC18085XXXXX, to another office for processing and sent you a transfer notice. The notice explains why we transferred your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your notice by June 20, 2019, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Hi, no update on my RFE. It has been more than a month. I received the RFE on February just like Redstripe54. I was waiting to collect enough supporting documents. I sent it on April 1st and they received it since April 3rd. I was hoping to hear back from them after two weeks just like the others but no nothing.

The new website was showing for a while that my fingerprints were received until I sent the RFE. The old website still shows Fingerprints received. Im worried to be honest. I don't know if I should call or something.

(Delay due to Ds261 showing incomplete had to resubmit) Scan date: December 21st, 2015 Case complete: January 29th, 2016 Medical examination: March 4th, 2016 Interview: March 17th, 2016 at US Embassy in Paris - Approved ! March 18th, 2016 - CEAC shows visa ISSUED March 24th, 2016 - Visa received this morning Paid ELIS $165 fee + book flight on MArch 24th, 2016 POE Chicago on April 13th, 2016  Received green card on June 8th, 2016[/spoiler][/spoiler]

 

Removing condition I-751:

Submission: 2/1/2018

NOA 1 Received: 2/5/2018

Biometrics: 5/25/2018

18 month extension letter: 8/20/2018

RFE: 2/3/2019

Oh wow! Over a month and no word?! I will probably apply for naturalization if mine takes that long. Might as well get it over with while i-751 is being processed. I cant believe it is taking that long for them to process after RFE response. 😕
