Every? Where did you read that?

 

There's no requirement to send every bank/credit card statement/utility bill. That would be cruel and unusual. You must show through a preponderance of the evidence (but not beyond a reasonable doubt, a higher standard for criminal convictions) that your marriage was legit from the date of marriage to the present day. That means using multiple, corroborating evidence to prove that, more likely than not, you both cohabit, co-mingle finances, share life experiences together, and plan for the future together, and have done so from marriage to date. It doesn't mean giving them all your personal and financial records.

Did they just mail RFE in the mail or is it also updated on their website when checking the case status online?

 

Good luck to you with RFE. I can imagine it’s frustrating and stressful but once you gather enough paperwork it should go smoothly. 

It was both mailed to us and there was an update on the website as well.

I have been tracking the status of 100 case numbers that are close to mine, and got really anxious when everyone else's file has been touched (either RFE, transfer, or approval), but only mine sitting there with no updates. I was expecting an interview, since I did not have one for my 2-year GC application. Now it turned out to be better than my expectation. I hope for all the good news for the rest of the group who is still waiting to hear from USCIS! 

 

We will take this weekend to celebrate and think about filing for N-400. Cheers! 🍸

Sounds like you nailed it. We've seen RFEs turned to approvals within 7-14 days on receipt of the evidence they requested. Good luck again!

 

Updated tracking table below. CSC has stayed at 75% approval with VSC rising to 54% from recent approvals late last week. Here's hoping to more approvals this week, guys! Good luck all of you still waiting.

I just got a notification on the app (old tracker) that my card is being produced! yeeee

The new website is still showing "Case Received".

 

I am Vermont filler, no transferred, no RFE, and no interview. Receipt EAC181215- - - -

Good Morning Guys, received my Approval Letter in mail yesterday. Found something odd: there is an Admission Date in the box besides the address, which shows " 01/01/0001".  I do have a Notice Date of 5/3/2019 on the top. However, the Admission Date makes me confused, and does not seem right. Does anyone have the same issue? Please kindly let me know if it is only me. Thank you guys!

Mine said that too. I've seen someone post a pic of theirs on here saying that too. Don"t sweat it. When you receive the GC, make sure the info on there is accurate.

Starsky, my card has been mailed but I am not in the US to actually get it but I have a friend coming to Japan where Iam visiting the in-laws, I asked him to pick it up and bring it with him as he is coming to Japan right before I leave. I hope I received it by Friday or Saturday as he leaves Monday for Japan. They mailed it to me on Tuesday do u think I will get it by Saturday at least? 

It will be much easier with the new GC as I am carrying my expired GC, my 18 months extension letter and my marriage certificate because my passport is still in my maiden name. 

The Japanese customs agents don’t really speak English and I am not sure they will understand the extension letter ( even though it’s clear to me)
