Guys I just got my Approval notice! Removal of conditions approved! Green card itself should arrive within 60 days! Finally!!

My turn has come!  I received a notification at 5.30pm CST yesterday that my card is in production and approved. It was such a relief to see the notification come in. I received a text first, then an

I wanted to share with you all, I got home after a long and stressful day at work, to find in my mailbox that my removal of conditions have been approved, it was dated 01/30/2019

Well it's something I guess. Got the notification today that an RFE is on it's way. No idea what they want but we will see when it gets here. I have to admit I'm not surprised. I always assumed we were going to get an interview as we did not get one for the initial 2yr card. So I did not include a bunch of evidence and come to think of it, I did not even include tax transcripts. But somebody picked up my file and flipped through it.

If it is any consolation the turnaround of RFEs seems to be pretty quick if you look through this thread at previous filers who went through it. 2-3 weeks seems about average. So hopefully once you send them what they need you can get that approval issued.

I just want to ask how long does the card being process from the day it was approved?

Hi folks. 

 

New member here, California filler.

 

I don’t have access right now to my timeline but an estimate it’s:

 

02/11/2108 I sent all the package I-751 

 

I got the NOA one week later

 

Biometric re-used 

 

By the time I got my 18 extension letter.. 

 

02/06/2019 case was transferred to Nebraska

 

Today 04/17/2019 card being produced it..

 

I didn’t fill the N-400..

 

I wish the best everybody. We almost do it!

So if any RFE people are still around here;

 I figured I get a little pro-active and got the tax transcripts online (I'm pretty sure that is at least one thing they want to see).

I got 4 years worth of them (married last month of 2015, so that's an extra year).

But they have 4 option and all of them have personal info redacted, anybody used the online ones and if so did they accept them and what type did you get?

I Used the IRS tax transcripts and that seems to have been enough. they give you about 3 weeks to respond. I would see if you can get affidavits already. better to have them and not need than the other way around.

From what i gather most RFE were for not enough mingled finances

Got a notification from case tracker this morning that my card was mailed yesterday, on the 17th (I had received the notification that my new card was produced on the 12th). Hopefully I get it by end of week! 

My AOS timeline

11/07/2015 : Sent AOS package to the Chicago physical address (not the lockbox): I-485, I-130, I-131, I-765

11/09/2015 : Receipt from USPS that package has been delivered

11/16/2015 : Received text msg notifications of receipt for the 4 forms

11/17/2015 : Both checks cashed by USCIS

11/21/2015 : Received 4 NOA1 by mail

11/26/2015 : Received biometrics appointment letter in the mail

12/10/2015 : Biometrics appointment completed

01/23/2016 : Day 75, case still pending

01/25/2016 : Called USCIS, service request logged

01/26/2016 : Received email saying that EAD Card/ Document is in prodution Production

01/26/2016 : Received email saying that AP is approved

01/27/2016 : Received email saying that EAD is approved

01/29/2016 : Received email saying that EAD has been mailed on 01/28

02/01/2016 : EAD + AP combo card arrived in the mail

03/28/2016 : Received email and text that USCIS sent my interview notice (scheduled for 05/03/2016)

05/03/2016 : AOS interview at USCIS

05/09/2016 : "Welcome to America" letter received via regular mail

05/11/2016 : text saying that I-310 is approved

05/12/2016 : email saying that I-310 is approved

05/14/2016 : text + email saying that I-485 is approved, and GC received in the mail

02/21/2018 : sent I-751 Removal Of Conditions package to Vermont Service Center

02/23/2018 : package received by VSC

03/06/2018 : NOA notice date

03/10/2018 : NOA received in the mail

04/21/2018 : Received biometrics appointment letter in the mail

05/04/2018 : Biometrics appointment completed (Brooklyn ASC)

We filed in Vermont and transferred to Texas. Haven’t heard anything and getting a little worried. I’m really hoping we don’t get an RFE or interview scheduled since we will be out of the country 5/2-5/18. Last time we travelled internationally, I wasn’t able to check my husband in for the flight online since his green card is expired. I ended up having to call Cathay pacific to confirm our seat assignments. Has anyone else had this issue? I’m guessing I will have to do the same thing this time.
