Guys I just got my Approval notice! Removal of conditions approved! Green card itself should arrive within 60 days! Finally!!

My turn has come!  I received a notification at 5.30pm CST yesterday that my card is in production and approved. It was such a relief to see the notification come in. I received a text first, then an

First of all, congratulation on the 10 years card. Speaking of DMV, I have received the letter from them (Mine is AZ motor vehicle department) a few days ago and told me something about my status has changed, and they will need to reissue the new Driver's license. I got my first AZ license about a month ago with the same process as yours (showing my Green card and 18 months extension letter. They only gave me 4 months period ; ; ). Hopefully, this is the similar case as yours.

I was really surprised, i checked it a couple of times making sure that uscis is not pulling an april fools joke on me. because after the biometrics, there was no case transfer, approval or anything.

I also  i checked the case tracker by 100s ( the number being close to my case number) and none of the ROC cases above or below me got approvals >_< 

 

it feels like my lucky day---🍀🍀🍀 hopefully vermont filers will get their approvals soon.

Sent my RFE on Saturday, USPS showed it was delivered on Monday 1st. Received notification by text from USCIS today that they received my RFE. Now the waiting game starts again. Not sure how long it will take to receive a response.

[spoiler]Green card I-130:Wedding date January 16th,2015 I-130 sent: May 5th,2015 NOA1: May 7th, 2015 NOA2: October 23rd,2015 Sent to NVC Nov 3rd, 2015 Received at NVC on the November 9th,2015 NVC sent letter with Case number on December 2nd,2015 DS-261 on December 07th, 2015 Paid AOS fee on December 07th,2015 Paid IV fee on December 12th, 2015 Sent AOS and IV package on December 17th, 2015 Form Ds 260 submitted on December 21, 2015. Hi guys, 

 

I submitted form I-865 (Sponsor Change of Address) since I moved out. Today, I got the confirmation letter from USCIS. Odd part is the letter shows my wife's name (U.S Citizen) as petitioner, not my name. As far as I remember, U.S citizen is the sponsor and Green cart holder is the petitioner, correct? 

 

Can anyone who have submitted I-865 before confirm with me? Or anyone who knows?

Received the email this morning that an action has been taken on my case. Open the website to see the status changed to card being produced. Dated 4th of April. I so hope this is not an error as I received the RFE and changed the basis of petition with the RFE.

 

@KiRilie it took about 2 weeks to hear back after the rfe. Mine was received March 21st and April 4th was the next update

Congratulation !! That is an amazing news after receiving RFE. Keep us updated when you will receive your card.

Thank You Lord hallelujah! God is Good! All the time.

 

We received a text today that brought a sigh of relief to this endless waiting game. Wife's Green Card is now being produced. I am definitely happy that we waited to file for her citizenship as I didn't want the waiting time to be extended as our local office processing for N-400 is 9 - 16 months.Thanks to everyone's support on this. Good luck to the rest of you still waiting. Now on to N-400..

That's a great turnaround from your RFE. Goes to show that things aren't always that delayed once you receive an RFE. Well done, congrats!

02/06/2018 - Case was submitted

02/09/2018 - Case was received at VSC

03/28/2018 - Fingerprints 

04/02/2018 - Fingerprint Review was completed

08/12/2018 - 18months extension received

02/14/2019 - Case was transferred from VSC to TSC

We received a text today that brought a sigh of relief to this endless waiting game. Wife's Green Card is now being produced. I am definitely happy that we waited to file for her citizenship as I didn't want the waiting time to be extended as our local office processing for N-400 is 9 - 16 months.Thanks to everyone's support on this. Good luck to the rest of you still waiting. Now on to N-400..

Was at VSC the whole entire time, it wasn't transferred which worried us a bit.

@ameribrazil - Congratulations! I get it.  My case is in the batch EAC181225, and mine was among about 60 of 180 that didn’t get transferred to Potomac or Texas on 3/13 and 3/14.  So like they keep about 1/3 to do it.

 

It is just so illogical to split the work randomly, not even numerical.
