According to both the VJ timeline and USCIS website Vermont is working on August 2017 so I think we still have a long wait ahead of us.

I follow the January fillers, and been seeing some approvals and REF’s from VSC

Hope it will be our tune soon, I pray. 🙏🏽

All is well.

Many Vermont applicant from January 2018 have been approved. You can see that on January 2018 Filers Forum

Online is fast, and it not too late, I moved after my I received my 2 year Green card, we didn’t know that we have to change our address, so we didn’t do anything.

So I was we were later told by a friend and I filled online after a year and a half, it better last than never.

Your sponsor has to fill form - I-865, Sponsor's Notice of Change of Address.

Hope it helps.

We moved again so this time, I filled the change of address online, and my husband filled I-865 by mail, just last month.

Online is the fastest but I recommend to do it by mail. I've seen many cases where people (including myself) sent it online and USCIS never recieved it. Can delay getting your green card if you're unlucky and they don't get your new address.

I'm going to go with what USCIS is saying and then get pleasantly surprised if I get approved earlier.

You can interpret the graph as follows:
(1) The bars indicate the percentage of petitions filed during a given month that have been approved. High percentages mean that the USCIS has processed most petitions originally filed during that month while a low percentage indicates few to none have been processed.
(2) The percent of approved petitions will likely not equal 100% due to members that have not updated their timeline or if there are very long delays for their case.

Hey everyone, great to see plenty of updates here on cases. I've been absent for a week as I was in Europe. Some challenges in Italy with traveling on the extension letter but all was eventually sorted. It does give me and my wife some anxiety traveling like this, though, and hope the next time I'll be traveling on a non-expired green card. Let me get to all the updates now!

@starsky I was just scrolling through the January 2018 filers and only saw one approval of a transferred case, but it was transferred to Potomac. No updates for any cases transferred to Nebraska. I haven't gotten any new updates regarding my pending I-751. I did though applied for citizenship after I-751 was transferred and have my biometrics scheduled for next week.

Brave to apply for citizenship but I admire you. Let us know whether it impacts your case timeline at all!

HUGE hat tip to @starsky for leading this thread this past year. I'm following his lead with his incredible chart system that reads beautifully on both desktop and mobile (unlike other charts in different threads).

I appreciate you! :) Good luck in the rest of the process.

I can not believe this day is here! Received this email today, "On March 13, 2019, we ordered your new card"!! Almost 13 months later, it is a huge sigh of relief. At least we can take a break of paperwork for a bit. Starsky, I want to personally send you a huge thank you for all that you do for this group (along with all of you). Here is my last request for awhile..Starsky, can you update the sheet!! :) I wish everyone in this group a speedy approval, they are all coming very soon - I can feel it. ❤️

Woah! Quick turnaround of the RFE, well done! And thanks for the hat tip ;) Good luck with the rest of the process.

Here is an updated tracking timeline for everyone.  Still not a great deal of movement for the Vermont filers but California is now at over 60% approved.

Have any of those who have been transferred had any further action on their cases? I get the feeling our cases are going to be dormant for a while.

Have any of those who have been transferred had any further action on their cases? I get the feeling our cases are going to be dormant for a while.

Answering my own question here, but I found that there are one or two folks who have been approved already from Nebraska transfers from the January pool. Hopefully, we're next. I also see that VSC filers are getting activity on their cases, so it shouldn't be long before some of our group are getting updates. Please keep us all updated whenever you guys that are waiting hear something! Thanks.

Hopefully VSC would keep going. I noticed that several cases before and after my wife's has been transferred while her case few others remained in VSC. I wonder what's their reasoning for transferring some and not others.

It is about 2/3 transfer and 1/3 stays in Vermont for March 2018 batches.  I looked up my batch, and found about 180 cases filed on the same day as mine, 120 got transferred, and 60 (including mine) stays, [rough counting].

I wonder the same thing and I first thought it may be geographical selections, but I posted a question and people from all over the country got transferred (all to Texas Service Center) so I didn’t see any particular trend; and they are not sequentially selected either.  I think it is a random pick of files.  For certain, I can say that there is no anomaly for those getting transferred and those who don’t.
