Hello everyone, just wanted to update that the website says approved on 3/7 and card mailed to me on 3/11. It seems this will be over soon! I really hope you all get some good news this week. Fingers crossed

Hi everyone and congrats to my fellow FEB 2018 that have already been approved👍 

 

I am still working on my RFE and have this question, would I have to include the evidence from my receiving my conditional green card in March 2016 until when it expired in March 2018, only? 

or would include the period since it expired in March 2018 plus any evidence to the present date? 

Bearing in mind that USCIS are back logged and i only received my RFE in Feb 2019.

“The duration of your marriage”.  This means that your evidence should span a significant amount of time of your marriage.

Am a VSC filler, my case was not transferred, I tracked and all the VSC cases got transferred to another office except 4 of us out of the 500, and am getting at this time USCIS cannot provide you with any information, at the old site, and the new site is saying we received your case, just to be sure that I have a correct receipt number.

 

I call USCIS just now, and they said my case is still pending and they are now working on August 8 fillers. 

 

6 months more to go, I think 🤔 hmmmm 

 

not bad I have had patience for 13 months, so six months won’t hurt 😢.

You must have talked to Tier 1 parrot.  August 8, 2017 is the date posted on the processing time webpage, and that is what they read to you.  This moves by one day every day.  It is not accurate information.

 

The whole processing time is also not accurate information.  They are overstating how far back the cases are so that they can setup the system to not allow applicants to create a case inquiry.  You can try to create an inquiry and as soon as the system validate your receipt date, it will tell you that you are still within normal processing time. 15-19 months is by no mean normal.

 

You should read how USCIS calculate processing time, it will give you perspective how misleading it is.

We didn't include Page 11 of the i751 form. Page 11 was if you needed "additional space" for anything, which we didn't so we didn't include it. USCIS asked for my husband to fill out Page 11 with "N/A" on each line and initial next to it. Hopefully we hear something soon.

My wife is a VSC filer. We haven't received any letter transferring her case nor any communication of any kind since the "corrected" 18 month extension letter. Given her country of origin, we weren't looking at a quick turnaround regardless, and she's also filed for naturalization. So we don't expect any quick outcome.

I can not believe this day is here! Received this email today, "On March 13, 2019, we ordered your new card"!! Almost 13 months later, it is a huge sigh of relief. At least we can take a break of paperwork for a bit. Starsky, I want to personally send you a huge thank you for all that you do for this group (along with all of you). Here is my last request for awhile..Starsky, can you update the sheet!! I wish everyone in this group a speedy approval, they are all coming very soon - I can feel it. ❤️

Thank you! The package was sent to California, it was received 3/8/2018, so the approval came almost exactly 1 year later.

congratulation, please what is happening to Vermont center, no one has received any update and i am in the process of purchaing a home, of which i doubt if i will be approve because i dont have my 10 years green card, its frustrating
