Received our RFE in the mail yesterday, it was dated February 25, 2019.  So get this - our RFE was because we didn't submit page 11 on the i751 form. Page 11 was for if you needed space for "Additional Information", which we didn't so we figured we didn't need to submit it. They requested that my husband initial next to each item and add "N/A" to each line. Mailing back the page today. Hopefully we hear some good news soon!

Someone is taking their job a little bit too seriously... :P Oh well, at least it's a good sign that they are processing it and you should have a decision on it soon.

Yeah, there are plenty of ####### moments with this process. Most of us have been dancing with USCIS for at least 5 years now haha

We got an RFE for our original Permanent Residence application because they said we had not used the most recent form. No point arguing but we printed out exactly the same version as the one we sent in (we scanned the entire pack before sending so we could check things) and it got approved without interview a couple of weeks later.  Totally weird.

Hi everyone, February 2018 filer here. No update on my end though 😟. Sent I-791 package to california service center on 2/24/2018, Noa date 3/6/2018, no biometrics was needed, Got extension letter on 8/16/2018. 

Waiting for approval in anticipation. Good luck to the rest of us who haven't gotten their green card yet.

No, my friend file a divorce wavier and she used a layer, but her approval letter and 10 years green card came through her mail. 

 

She was interviewed and received the card and approval letter after a week of the interview. Her lawyer went with her. 

 

But she answered all questions by her self.
