I have added you. Your NOA should be with you in the next few days according to other filers in your timeline.

Still no NOA1, but just checked my bank and our $680 check is pending for processing, thank god! :)  Hopefully that should mean any day now for our NOA1.

Any day now, Cosmos! You've been patiently waiting, for sure!

They must have heard you! ;) As for the edits, there is a time limit for editing. After it has expired you can no longer edit.

You can add me to the February filings.  Sent our packet out on 2/20, it was delivered to the California site (Laguna Niguel) on 2/23.  So I suppose we will be waiting along with everybody else for NOAs and biometrics.  Packet was over 2.2 pounds and even though it's a ton of quality stuff, I still wish there was more.  The old printer and scanner has been running overtime, went through at least an entire packet of printer paper and 3 ink cartridges in the process of making our packet.  Guess you have to pay for convenience of not taking every little shred of proof down to the copy paper store and wasting their ink instead.  Either way I'm glad it got sent out and arrived today at Laguna Niguel.  Fun fact, I joined almost exactly three years ago tomorrow, how the time has flown by since then.

Yes, most likely to be Monday. When does your GC expire? Added you to the tracking list below. Good luck!

Finally an update! I was too nervous to reply until we got our NOA1..... Our expiration date was February 13! I was fool for waiting so long to file and we were almost late - but in the end we weren't! I just completely forgot about the application during the holidays and then we were working on taxes all during January. I also thought that our I-751 just had to be postmarked by the deadline, and a week before the deadline, I was on here reading around a bit and realized that it actually had to be received by the deadline. I feel like such an idiot :( It really could have cost us a lot.... We were really lucky in the end :D So far anyways....

Anyways, we mailed our I-751 on February 9 via USPS Priority Express (it cost about $60 to mail, since the packet was about 2" thick and therefore had to be mailed in a BOX), USPS shows it arrived @ USCIS in Laguna Niguel, CA, on February 12, it was signed for on February 13, our check was cashed on February 16, and we received our NOA1 on February 19 (it was dated as I-751 received on February 13!!!!!).

So I just checked processing times at CSC and VSCCSC is backdated almost 18 months (September 2016) and VSC is still a year out (January 2017).  Are these times accurate?  I mean that's a hell of a long time right?  12 months for VSC and 18 months for CSC.  We knew it'd be longer than our I-129F but DAMN that's insane right?

I read some posts from previous months where people had over 3 pounds and a few over 4 pounds of paperwork they sent out.  I definitely felt a little concerned when we only had 2.2 pounds worth.  Since it's all good quality stuff (bought a house, multiple cars, joint accounts, vacations, etc), I think it will be fine.  Just this long wait is going to be a drain.

You're able to fly as long as you bring your extension letter. Regarding the stamp, the USCIS has a guideline that an I-551 stamp should only be given if the extension letter is expiring within 30 days. But someone from here could confirm that as I'm not 100% sure about when you're allowed to get the stamp.
