P.S. both the case tracker app and website were saying: "we cannot provide you with info at this time".

So don't get discouraged if yours says that. Good luck everyone!

My turn has come!  I received a notification at 5.30pm CST yesterday that my card is in production and approved. It was such a relief to see the notification come in. I received a text first, then an

I wanted to share with you all, I got home after a long and stressful day at work, to find in my mailbox that my removal of conditions have been approved, it was dated 01/30/2019

I also got a letter today saying that I was transferred to Nebraska. I lived in Wisconsin when I filed, so I guess I was California service center, and then I moved to New York, and I assume that puts me in Vermont, but yeah now I am Nebraska.. the waiting continues. Also, my biometrics was waived around August, if I remember correctly. I filed February 2 got notice February 5th, and got 18month extension August 18th.

  • 061615 (day 0) - I-130, I-131, I-765 and I-485 sent
  • 061715 (day 1) - I-130, I-131, I-765 and I-485 received at USCIS
  • 062415 (day 😎 - I-130, I-131, I-765 and I-485 notice date
  • 062615 (day 10) - NOA hardcopies received for I-130, I-131, I-765 and I-485
  • 070115 (day 15) - Suspended processing of case I-485 RFE
  • 070915 (day 23) - RFE Hardcopy received, I-94 missing
  • 071115 (day 25) - Sent RFE material to Lee's Summit MO
  • 071515 (day 29) - USCIS officially received RFE, started working on case again

I am a little despondent this evening as I am not sure what to make of it being transferred. Part of me would rather have not received this notice. We just don't really know what we're in for.

Not much of a trend when you look at the data like this. Approvals and transfers dotted across the board. Obviously, I feel for the folks in Vermont who are still without any updates at all. I hope something is just around the corner for you guys!

Not much of a trend when you look at the data like this. Approvals and transfers dotted across the board. Obviously, I feel for the folks in Vermont who are still without any updates at all. I hope something is just around the corner for you guys!

There are just a few folks in the January 2018 filers that have received some action on their cases, but, generally speaking, Vermont is running slower than California at the moment. 

 

Those of us who have been transferred to from CSC to NSC (Nebraska), we're in company with several of those from January 2018, but nobody knows yet how this impacts timelines. I would imagine we'll see more February filers getting transferred out of CSC. Strikes me that releasing a pressure valve within USCIS would need to go on a little while to be truly effective. 

 

The biggest question I have is whether NSC will immediately begin processing CSC forwarded applications or if they join the back of the line with all of those already pending adjudication. I can live with a few more months but I would find it greatly unfair if we are subjected to another 12-18 months from this date. Is that even a reality?

There are just a few folks in the January 2018 filers that have received some action on their cases, but, generally speaking, Vermont is running slower than California at the moment. 

 

Those of us who have been transferred to from CSC to NSC (Nebraska), we're in company with several of those from January 2018, but nobody knows yet how this impacts timelines. I would imagine we'll see more February filers getting transferred out of CSC. Strikes me that releasing a pressure valve within USCIS would need to go on a little while to be truly effective. 

 

The biggest question I have is whether NSC will immediately begin processing CSC forwarded applications or if they join the back of the line with all of those already pending adjudication. I can live with a few more months but I would find it greatly unfair if we are subjected to another 12-18 months from this date. Is that even a reality?
