Yes, it comes out straight from USCIS production facility in Corbin, Kentucky.  If a mail is undeliverable, it gets returned to NBC in Lee Summit, Missouri for address verification.  If the address change is received, then NBC mail it out again.  If not, it gets destroyed for security.

Thanks for the info! I guess the wait continues...

Omg you guys. My recieved date is 02/02/2018 and I just randomly checked the case status for the first time in a very long time and BOOM it says "On February 8, 2019, we approved your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence"

I am kind of shocked as I was definitely not expecting a fast decision and I thought my case was very thin (I got divorced after 1.5 years) and didn't have much evidence of the marriage.

Good news for everybody though!

For those who know, should I expect to receive a new green card in the mail? Again, very surprised I didn't even have to attend an interview.

It would seem so that your file gets transferred because of your N-400 filing.  That is common for those with a pending I-751.

The question is, how "recent" did you file N-400?

I think 🤔 you should expect combo interview, this is what am trying to avoid that is why I have still not fill my N400, till I receive my 10 yr green card.

many people received same thing just a few was lucky because they fill the n400 late.

I just don’t like interviews in general.

I'm sorry but this reasoning is not very well thought out. If I have to have a combo interview that's 1 interview I have to go through, if you receive your 10-yr greencard (presumably without interview) and apply for you naturalization you still have to go through the same number of interviews.... so really no point.

I have another update. Today I got an update on my I-751 case that my case was transferred to another office.... twice. I think they mean that "another" office is my local office. Anyway, I logged into the account on my computer rather than on my phone as I usually do and noticed there was another notice attached on 2/7 which read

Not sure if this is going to be combined with the N-400 interview, I know it has been for others at my local office. Either way I almost don't care about what happens to the 10-yr green card at this point so not too worried. Posting for an update rather 😃

Case Was Transferred To Schedule An Interview

On February 07, 2019, we transferred your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number WAC***, to our local USCIS office to have an interview scheduled. This office will schedule your interview and mail you an interview notice. If you move before you receive the interview notice, please go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

My case moved 3 times so far. Everyday it keeps moving so far. It's like an error or a joke. haha.

I don't worry because this means just moved nothing else until we receive the real letter.

So, let's be positive. : )

I think it is the same notification they keep sending to you. They have sent me repeated notifications about the same thing before and I have received 2 identical notifications about "case transferred to another office" today.

I wonder how you get notifications today...they don't work on Saturdays, do they?  We haven't gotten a single update since the NOA date...no mention of fingerprint review or anything...just shows "CASE STATUS" on the app.

Take is a step further. If you are one of the few that get called for interview for 10yr GC, and then interviewed for N400, you just doubled the number of interviews.
