I wouldn't use PhilPost, But FedEx and DHL would be an option

NVC won't question me its coming from PI?

Thank you so much! I got a RFE for marriage certificate (I submitted NSO last year) so ill be sending PSA copy next week. Im thinking of going to PI in 2 months. I just want to know if I can send I-864 when Im in PI so there's no pause in processing of our papers
