How long does USCIS have to respond to Ombudsman

Hi Guys, I heard one case when USCIS approved one's EAD one day after the Ombudsman contacted USCIS.

 

What are your experiences? Please share with us.

 

It has been a week since Ombudsman contacted USCIS regarding my EAD expedition request. Still no EAD decision. Thanks!

I haven't been on VJ anywhere as long as other posters but haven't seen any cases where the Ombudsman helped. 

 

It seems to be a reoccurring theme EAD expedites are taking longer than normal.

 

You can try your local Congressperson or Senator depending on how useful they are. However, many people are being told they have to wait it out.
