How does work to prove financial evidence for militaries on active duty (US Army)

Hello guys! How are you? I hope everyone is ok. 

 

Well, my husband which is my sponsor is on active duty and we were reading about the financial evidence to send to the NVC and we are wondering what documents could we get? Because they say For those who are employed by an individual or company, submit a photocopy of an employment letter, pay stub, or pay advance (direct-deposit receipt) that meets the criteria below:

• Includes your name and the company’s name;
• Is on signed, business letterhead (you cannot sign the letter yourself); and
• Is issued within the last three months.

 

So what kind of letter it would be?

He needs to send in a couple months of his LES. That will suffice.

This is what my fiancé is providing to me also for my interview etc. (Air Force)

The Leave and Earning Statement or commonly called the LES is what he needs. He will also need to submit his last couple years of tax returns as well, but the LES is for current income.

I'm on active duty myself.  Copies of his LES's would do just fine.  I'm Navy, and what we have is called a "statement of service" to show that we're actually employed with the military.  I'm sure the Army has the same.  I recommend submitting that along with other paperwork.  Hope this helps!
