I've been doing immigration stuff for awhile.  12 years now.

"Half of us" refer to half of couples.  The number's probably higher.  You're new.  You'll learn.

Thank you. I am very new here and still learning. Wow!  12 years here! are you an Immigration Attorney?

Learning is my thing. I will learn until the day I die, and maybe even in the afterlife, if there is one.

But, I am confused.  you wrote: ""Half of us" refer to half of couples" and "About half of this forum (including us) were denied B visas".

Do you refer to all beneficiaries? They/You all applied for B visas and were denied? How do you know?

LOL - no - it's because we've been in and out of the country so much.

It's the rule, not the exception, for USC spouses to be denied B visas while their cases are processing.  Not just from Morocco, but from almost everywhere else.  We didn't even get a chance to ask, they just laughed at us and said sorry, no visa, thanks for the hundred bucks.

People on here are denied every day.

My point to the OP was that a B denial does not hurt an immigration case one way or the other so there is no downside in trying.

look. it may be a cultural thing, but when people are giving you advice they are not passing judgement! you asked a question and you are getting HONEST questions: SOrry if you do not like them.

you will not be in the USA for her delivery! sorry! i know its hard to imagine that the USA does NOT give a $*#@ that you got your wife pregnant and cant be there for the birth but understand this. If everyone could get an expedite from pregnancy it would be a mess! even having a child with her does NOT prove a bonefide marriage!!!!

1. How old is your wife? how much younger is she then you? are you teh same age? morocco is a VERY VERY hard embassay to get a K1 or a CR1 from!

2.  where did you get married? was it a cultural marriage?

3.  are you the same religion?

dont expect to be in the USA with your wife for 14 months if it goes good.  Morocco is denying couples every day! if you get stuck in AP or a denied visa you are looking at 3 years!

at the end of the day, you have an uphill battle!!! I would not expect to be in morocco for 24 months.  thankfully we have technology and facetime.

Also, just because you knocked up your wife does NOT mean your marriage is more 'real' then someone who has never had sex.

I’m 8 months older than her, she used to visit at least 2 times a year & staying at least 3 months. We are the same religion! She got convert to Islam.

If you don’t mind me asking: for how many have she done this?.

3 months long visits twice a year is actually good...very good! But if she has more under her belt is even better!

Well, actually this is really good news for you.

for moroccans even a spouse visa is not granted, unfortunately. But having at least 12 visits for 3 months each is really really really good evidence for the aproval of your cr1.
