Im assuming they will want my fathers tax returns with the i-864 form obviously.

With my mothers we will just fill out she doesnt receive an income if they even want to see her form .

This is the best news ive gotten thank you all so much for the help. Without you all i would still be under alotttt of pressure and stress.

Now i know i can use my fathers income and mine its a big relief as we will have a combines income around $40k..

Then later this year i will need to figure out how to fill out alllll the paperwork correctly for the cr1 visa process.

They must have filed taxes for the past 3 years, and provide at least the most recent year's tax return.

Bank statements are only required if using a bank account for assets. You only need to provide evidence for the income or assets you are claiming on the form.

Slow down.  You have a year to worry about this,  but it would be a week.  Medical results take 2-3 days to get the the embassy.

YMMV

Probably time to start a new topic

Of course it is possible to fax between two countries as long as they have a fax machine and a phone line

Most will not fax but scan and e-mail

This is a DIY website so the vast majority are doing it themselves.  No one can decide if you can handle it yourself.  A lot of attention to detail.

YMMV
