With a CR1 you can use a joint sponsor and you will combine the two affidavits to get over the thresholds

So this is 2018 income requirements for cr1... Is 16k? I thought it was 25% more than 16k for cr1 since it includes the greencard

Thats great but we just want to.know what the total.income wpuld be for 125% cr1 visa with my sponcer (father) living witg my mother and me living alone trying to get her here... Can anyone give us a total income amount we dont understand the chart wjen a cosponcer is involved ...

I went to.jail only 13 days

That's good then because usually when people say incarceration it means they got convicted of a crime an sent to prison. I was in jail for 2 days for false DV issues by my x-wife. That never came up during my then fiancé's K1 visa process, our AOS, and our ROC process. So don't even bring that up if they don't ask for it.

What you need to do is go get a GED because now it's not only about you but your fiancé and future family. Not trying to be mean but give some hard encouragement so to speak.

Davao City is my home base.  They require you wear helmet there to ride in city, and back when Duterte was mayor he put many restriction on speed limits there, plus you have to wait 30 days after buying motorbike there before they give you paperwork to release it to you.

Just take a trip to Digos City about 40 minutes south of Davao City airport, and you can buy it and ride it off the lot there, plus they don't enforce helmet law there as well.

Davao City is my home base as well and I absolutely love it there. He doesn't need to go to Digos City he can simply go to Panabo or Tagum city to get a motorbike. I could go to Panabo and probably get a good bike for cheap because my BIL is a local politician there.

Then work your butt off and DO IT. You are not married right now so you have a lot of free time to study on the stuff your deficient in. So go ahead and do that ASAP. I am working 40 hours a week, while going to school full time for my Masters, and I have a family with 4 kids. It is NOT EASY at all but I am making it work,  and I did the same thing for my Bachelors as well. You have to have the drive and determination to do it, tell yourself that you won't give up for yourself and your fiancé's sake. Because let me tell you if a Bisaya woman(Your fiancé) loves you then she really loves you and will do anything in this world for you. Yes, they are passionate, beautiful, and just straight crazy sometimes but they are good women.

Your record does matter if it's serious offenses such as sexual offenses, or offenses involving minors(pedophilia). If you have those on your record then it is almost impossible to bring someone here.

Absolutely.. But its hard because 1. Im working a temp job with a changing schedule. 2. I dont have my license right now.

My first 2 goals are get my license back and get a vehicle... After those goal i will.be able to find a permanant job.. Then a temp part time job. I need to work asmuch as i can to get over $20,000 plus we deside to marry this year and go the cr1 route it may take alittle longer but i think its best because she receives the visa and greencard at once. I just need to get over the 20k.

She would absolutely do anything for me shes amazing... But yeah i have alot to take care of and stress about before i attempt to tackle the ged again.

Ok, please do not post things with your actual name in them in the forum due to privacy and security issues. Also I would highly suggest that you change your username as well for security purposes. We do not need to see articles of you, we can just take your word for it.

So you have a plan in place. Now it is time to implement that plan. This is all part of the Management process here. You have your Planning Phase and now you need to morph that in to the Implementation Phase to set things into motion. What do you need to do to get your license back.

Also tell you fiancé Gigiguma ko ikaw.
