So I am so tried of waiting to hear of our interview date.  What would happen if my husband went to the Mumbai Consulate and talked to someone?  Do you think it is worth it?  I don't want to hurt our case or anything.  It is just so stressful waiting - having your lives in someone else's hands.  I can't take much more.

Hi, you can email NVC and ask them. They don't let anyone enter the USA consulate without interview letter.

Also a February i-130 filer. USCIS received my I-130 February 20th! Now waiting, best of luck, and send lots of prays for all of us.

wait till next month. my CC December 6th and we heard back on Feb 14th for our interview. It took a little over 2 months to hear back, you havent hit 2 months yet.

Uscis got my papers on feb 20 2019. So when do you think I’ll should hear back.  Got my notice on March 7th 2019. But they say we go by fen 20th 2019. Cause that’s when they got the papers

well the time frame changes. either way you are in the wrong group this group is for Feb 2018. Some people in this group have already completed their interviews and are in the US already. Some are at the NVC stage. Some are waiting to hear back on their interview dates.

 

You should check out the Feb 2019 filers to get a better understanding of where things stand for you.

No but from what im reading around, it takes about 1-2 months! And then the interview is normally within the month of the date notice. I think London has their **** together so it hopefully wont be too long. Let me know if you get yours

My husband got his interview date for April.  On the link they gave for the places to go for the medicals there was only one place listed in Mumbai and the fee was crazy high.  He is going to call around to see if other medicals can be done for the US Visa.  Has anyone else had this issue?  the fee they quoted was more than a months salary for my husband right now so he was a little stressed out.
