All our paper work was accepted, now we wait for our interview date! Paperwork took 3 weeks to be accepted.

Hi All,

 

I hope someone who has completed the form DS-260 can help me with some clarifications.

 

There is a question on DS-260 form that ask if my husband and child will be immigrating with me. They are both US citizens except me who is the applicant. We currently live outside US and will move to US once my visa is approved. We have no problem showing my husband has evidence to proof domicile too.

 

So, is it correct to answer "No" since they are both US citizen and not really "immigrating" but will be returning to US?

well it was sent to NVC October 3, received by NVC October 11 and case number assigned today, November 7. So about 35 days...

Quick update, I received my case number and already paid fees on Nov 6. Now waiting for DS260 to be available to me, it's been 2 days, it still shows payment in process, payments were withdrawn from bank though.

Priority date March 21st

We are filing from Austria, My wife is American and I am a British National. And we both currently reside in Austria 😊

absolutely I will   I paid the NVC fees yesterday and waiting for the DS-260 to post!!!
