It has been over a month since our case was sent to NVC and we never got anything confirming that NVC received our case???

Suggest you give nvc a call to check if they have received your case from uscis. If they have received it, ask when and if they have entered into their system and assigned a case number. They used the email addresses which we wrote in the 130 form to send us the welcome letter and next steps.

They have approved mine on 31st of October. It was fast anyway. Hope they will update me when they send it to NVC? I don't even know how long it will take for them to send it to NVC

it took them about a week to send it to NVC and we got the notification, exactly 7 days after. but i still havent gotten anything about NVC receiving it and it has been over a month. will call them today.

Please call them. NVC is taking a lot of time to issue case number and invoice ID. Keep me posted please.

i called NVC, they said they received it on October 11 but it has not been entered into the system yet. so no case number!!!

So, 3 weeks after the NVC received my case (10/10), today, i got an email with my Case nr and invoice number!

I think we just got a case complete! An email saying that they received all fees, forms and documents and will schedule an interview. That's it right?

It only took 7 days from when I resubmitted the clearer scans. 10 days in total from submitting the first load of documents. I can't believe how smooth everything has been going so far.

Well after 5 days of submitting all documents were accepted except form-I864 because I forgot to put my name on first page,I asked the representative if I was able to upload the form again but in the additional documents section and he told me not to do that,I just re-submitted that form,the good thing is that they are reviewing my documents within a week so hope this week I’ll get a case complete..it’s been a month at NVC,I can’t believe this delay .!!

Congratulations! Same here! We can’t believe that our case was accepted in 5days after we submitted all the forms and documents.
