Has anyone used e-Request for cases outside normal processing times on USCIS website?

October 30th Case was sent to NVC! Husband got phone msg, no email notifications though I's signed for it

 

USCIS app and old website has updates, new website still says "Case was received"

I had it completed and approved all the documents just waiting for an interview date for 4 weeks now. Do you have any idea what is the usual timeframe they schedule an interviews?

my petition was approved in October and was sent to the state department but we havent received an email from them yet? when did your case get approved by USCIS? NVC hasnt even confirmed they received it. i am getting a little worried.

Ours was sent to NVC on September 28th, according to USCIS. We just got our email with our NVC case number in it today. It took approximately five weeks. Not everyone gets the really fast timeline all the way, certainly not us.

Thanks! They got my email and my husband email which we filled up in the 130 peitition form.

My petition was approved on 26 Sept, case  sent to Department of State on 1 Oct. I called NVC on 5 Oct and they said they just received it that day.

My NO2 was approved on 31st of October. Nebraska center. Does anyone knows what next about how long it will take for them to send it to NVC
