Hi Everyone, I am a January 12, 2018 filer who got left behind!  tears streaming.......I do not understand.  On both the January filers and Nebraska Service Center, I am the only one not approved for my husband.  We used an attorney and turned in every single item on the check list.      The attorney said be patient.   I just wanted to join you all for support since no one left in the other blogs.

Hey I'm a January filer and am still waiting for approval, I did get rfe and many have without even being notified, I would call uscis to verify that all is still being processed. It is very frustrating and I pray you get approved soon!

Sorry for your situation. Seems like Nebraska service center is the slowest.  Check what the processing times for Nebraska is and if its past that, call USCIS and see if they can expedite it or send it to another service center.  Just my 2 cents..

And.... Still nothing!!! We will probably call USCIS in October if by then we still have no answer... Or email or SOMETHING!!!

hi all, sadly calling wont get you any answers. the call center wont have any more info other than what you see on the case status online. even if you ask to speak to a tier 2 officer, they will just tell you your case is within normal processing time. sadly, you'll just have to be patient. i just got my approval today, had an RFE sent to me last month and sent it to them within two weeks. It took them 2 weeks to approve my case after. prayers for you all ❤️

Thank you all who wrote to me.    I have an attorney,  he states no RFE request received.    I called, correct they won't speak to you.  My Attorney is rather brief...he did say countries can play a role is the approvals but did not say yea or na if Palestine is affected.   We are so depressed

Wow that sucks! Yeah, my husband said the same thing that calling won't help.

I am trying to just focus on other things for now and hope for a nice Christmas surprise by USCIS 😅🎄

Amen!   I work a full time job of over 40 hours and took parttime job over 28 hours per week, so I work 7 days a week.  My husband was going crazy...like really crazy and he works 2 full time jobs, but our minds still drift.   Yes I wish for Christmas too, but we pray before our birthdays March 17, we share the same date.  hahaha

Thank you, so I shouldn't be worried for the email, you will not receive any other thing from the NVC, just login with your case number and pay the fees and let the process starts 👍

Hi can you please tell me how long after your approval did USCIS take to send over your case to NVC

My case was approved since august 24, 18 and my case was still not sent to NVC. I called NVC 3x already. Going to call again next week.

thank you very much and congrats on getting this far.

You wont  recived anything else now just the hard copy in mail with your new case number and invoice number and how to proceed next to get everything to nvc. Just follow the 6 steps on the NVC website, pay the fees and and gathered all the reqired documents listed in the steps and submitted them.
