I got a kinda offtopic question. Was werdet ihr mit all deinen grösseren Sachen machen in Österreich? Oder besser gesagt wie nimmst/sendest du sie rüber?

Das erste mal haben wir spontan geheiratet - 2005. Da bin ich mit nur einem Koffer rüber geflogen. Mittlerweile haben wir 2 Kinder und dementsprechend viele Sachen 😅 also werden wir diesmal mit einer Umzugsfirma übersiedeln. 

Alle ganz wichtigen Dokumente usw nehmen wir im Handgepäck bzw teilweise in den Koffern mit. Der Hund fliegt separat non-stop und wird dort abgeholt. 

 

Yes, i really hope we get some great news soon because it is really hard to plan anything!

I thought Potomac was slow, Hellbraska is way slower.  This wait is getting ridicules, 7 months and not heard anything.

Got some good news!!! I signed up to get email alerts from the new USCIS website, I got an email early this morning saying an action was taken on my case.  Logged into my uscis account and saw that the case was approved!! VJ estimate was only off by a few days.  Good luck to everyone else that is waiting, your time will surely come!!

Ni, im new, love this forum.

I just got my i130 approved but here is the thing. I typed my case number onto the old website and it shows that my application was approved, but if I go to the new website  it only shows when it was recieved back in Feb. Has anyone had this happen? I also signed for email and text notifications and havent gotten anything yet. Nebraska filers, I encourage you to check the old website, your case could be approved and you wouldn't know by just checking the new website over the old one.

our case was approved on August 30, and it was sent to the Department Of State on Sep 10. we have called them on Monday to asked if they received our case or not and it wasn't received yet. I wanted to know will they notify us by email when they receive the case? Also is there anyone  here with the close approval date who NVC received their case?

Yes. Nebraska is too slow and waiting time is really ridiculous.

Good morning feb filers,I just called NVC about my case and the lady on the phone told me that NVC received it yetarday September 18 only after 6 days of being sent from uscis to DOS and the lady also told me about waiting 4 to 8 weeks,I hope I don’t have to wait that long....

Hi,mine was sent to DOS a day after yours and NVC received it yesterday ...do you know if they received yours???

Hi my case was approved since August 24 and I called NVC for the third time again on September 17 and they told me they have not received my case. It’s been four weeks already.

 

maybe it’s depends on individual service centers on how long they takes to send over the cases.

My case was approved on the same date. NVC got my case, it's still waiting to enter to their system. My case was sent from Texas office.

What is your status on the USCIS website? Does it say that it was sent out yet? A couple years back when we went through the K1 progress it took over 5 weeks after approval for NVC to receive our case and other people’s cases were transferred within a week. 

 

If it’s been over 6 weeks since your approval you can email NVC a copy of your NOA2 and they will contact USCIS on your behalf and find out for you what going on!
