Based on timeline data, your I130 may be adjudicated between August 14, 2018 and August 23, 2018*. 
 

Which service centre are you with? 

 

My VJ timeline says "September 23rd to October 4th" and I'm with Potomac. :/ 

 

Though I did notice I have the two lines "case received" on the new USCIS Website so maybe that's a good sign.

Im seeing many peoples cases are at the Texas Service Center. Mine is at the Nebraska Service Center, which we all know has longer processing times than Texas. Is there anyone else whose case is at the NSC?

There are alot of people whose case is in NSC, mine is NSC too. It looks like for us September is our month of approval.

Also, you should add your timeline.

Yup, Nebraska here too. Waiting... Trying to distract myself but at the same time, my husband, children (all US citizens) and i (plus dog) are all moving back to the US together so... Yeah. Hard to plan school enrollment for one child, renting / buying a house again, etc etc ugh lol

Because files are being approved by monthly basis, In june, NBS was approving November, In july, NBC is approving December. Based on this stats we are looking at September.

Hello all!

 

I recently found this topic and was following  you guys. We filed my i130 end of January 2018 and we received NOA1 February 6. I just checked my case status on the new website. Now it says approved July 27. I'm really excited!

Awesome!  What center? I would dare say Its definitely random approvals  lol! Someone  that has the same PD 02/20/18 got approved today . Im still waiting 😫😕
