hope you do. i actually did the k3 visa application and they closed it. so i called and uscis told me i was approved.

We thought the same) our K3 was closed  at the same time as the I 130 was approved

my pd is 02/21 at Potomac do u think sending I129 now makes it any difference

Honestly, we can not give you any advice because we do not know. But wish you to get your approval NOA2 sooner! 

We applied for K3 within a week after we got NOA1. Pd for K3 was march18, for I130 march 6

We called USCIS yesterday to check our case, operator told my husband that USCIS are processing August 2017 Cases  how accurate is this? when i check VJ processing time it says November 2017...

well we still at "normal processing time" we may start to worry by the end of August

Date on USCIS is incase  they get back log, november is  more of accurate.

Hi everyone,

 

Just a quick question:

 

My husband who is a USC has filed his taxes as single with the advice of his IRS guy, but of course we have understood that this is wrong and it needs to amended asap. 

 

We would like to now file married filing separately, could someone please advise which form we need as my husband thinks its the W7 and I though its the 1040X ? and how long it will take for them to process this.

 

We got married in March 2017 should we amend this for 2017 and 2018?
