Anyone still on AP or waiting for their visa? My husband was approved on March 21st but we have not received the visa yet. The ceac tracker still says ready and when we emailed the embassy they said that the CO is still reviewing our case and once he finishes his procedures they will process case to conclusion. I have no idea what that means 😭😭

I realized that my calls were dropping off so I had to start taking screenshots of my call logs. However, my text messages with my husband go way back. Do you have text messages?

yes I have texts- ugh I thought I'd be able to retreive call logs from whatsapp, this sucks now I'm scared because I won't have all of my call logs....

Hey, I waited 2 weeks after case complete by NVC. An interview date within a month of that! Got medical on the 1st April and interview on the 8th.

Word of advice while you're waiting though, if you're on the NHS go to your GP and ask them to print out your vaccination records and patient/care summary. See if your GP will stamp and sign that. Mine did. You'll also need 4x American passport photos. Time is suddenly flying and trying to get organised so get those done now, it'll make it easier for you x

How did your interview go??? Sorry was trying to stay away from checking updates so it doesn’t consume me :( the waiting is taking a toll. We still haven’t heard anything about an interview dat. It’s been a month. but we did get the immunization records and medical history. just waiting on the appointment letter to do anything else 😔

So My husband had his interview on Monday and the Officer asked him one question and decided that we needed to provide more evidence of our marriage. He did not even what to look at any pictures that he brought.  He gave him a list of items to get to for additional evidence.  Some of the items had already been submitted.  We are both completely devasted.  We compiled all the evidence they have suggested and he went to the drop office today and they said within so may business days we should get an email.  I am completely sick to my stomach.  Our relationship was one of the things that i really did not think we would have to worry about.  We have know each other for over 10 years.  I am so heartbroken.

Don't be disheartened. They probably didn't get a chance to completely review your file and want to make sure it's not marriage fraud. They do this to protect yourself, your husband and United States. Once you have submitted the evidence they requested, it shouldn't take too long. From what I have seen here Mumbai is pretty good with reviewing things and making decisions in a month or two or may be faster than that. It sucks but cheer up and follow up in a few weeks :)

Hi, I would like to check with those who have gotten their visa approval and entered US if they have received their green card. It has been 80 days since I entered US and I paid the visa fee prior to entering US too but I have not received my green card. I know it may take up to 120 days but is this really normal? I checked USCIS and it says my I-551 is processing. The other funny thing is that there has been no update on my approved petition case in USCIS since October 2018 and it still says they have sent it to nvc but I am already passed the nvc and interview stage,  received visa approval and entered US 80 days ago. Seems like USCIS not updating status?

My husband came to USA on March 23 and he got his green card in the mail on April 5.

Hi, all! Quick question. How long did it take to receive the "documentarily qualified" email after all of your documents were marked as "accepted" on CEAC? Mine were all finally marked as "accepted" (after months of issues with the NVC) about three weeks ago, but I've yet to receive the notice that we're documentarily qualified. Is this normal? I've submitted every required document in addition to the extra ones requested, and the emails listed on CEAC are the correct ones.
