Hi, just pay it after you arrived in the US. that’s what I did for my wife. After she came 2 days later I went online and pay the fee and she got her green card in a month and few days. This was recently, last month only. Also, the interview officer never told my wife to pay the fee or give her instructions nor did the officer at the port of entry. But I just went online and pay the fee and my wife got her GC. If I didn’t pay it they would have sent a instructions letter but it’s best to go ahead anyway and pay it. No need to wait. Hope that helps.

thanks all, we ended up paying it online. just waiting for the actual visa to arrive now. we did see some movement yesterday/updated date on CEAC but still says READY. Its only been 3 working days, so I wont begin to worry yet.

Anyone in London get an interview date yet? If you have how long did you have to wait after nvc accepted your case? And if you haven’t how long have you been waiting?

Hello every one!!!!.  Port of entry was very easy. Now I am with my husband in USA. I flew from TORONTO pearson airport since i M canadian, on the day it was very busy and crowded. So many people waiting in secondary and i was worried that i might miss my flight. In secondary it took almost 2 hours so give yourself lots of time because they take you into secondary for processing. Their finger print machines were not working so they did not take my fingerprints and photos. But they did completete my  process. the only question they asked me at POE was have you ever been arrested and asked me to confirm the adress for mailing green card. I have been with hubby since last sunday. Thanks VJ and all the friendly people who have helped going through this entire process. IT took almost 13 months. Those who are still waiting just hang in there, you guys will get through it quickly. yeye. :) :). I am here to help so let me know if any one have any questions :)

Hey, I waited 2 weeks after case complete by NVC. An interview date within a month of that! Got medical on the 1st April and interview on the 8th.

Word of advice while you're waiting though, if you're on the NHS go to your GP and ask them to print out your vaccination records and patient/care summary. See if your GP will stamp and sign that. Mine did. You'll also need 4x American passport photos. Time is suddenly flying and trying to get organised so get those done now, it'll make it easier for you x

There is no telling it all depends on how long it takes for them process your visa and whether or not your AP takes longer. It can take 2 days and it can take months....it’s all relevant to your case and your embassy.

Months? OMG wow I did not realize that.  I was thinking days maybe weeks.

Yes sadly AP is unpredictable. But be optimistic that if your case is approved it will be within a few days to 2 weeks.

99 percent of the time after interview your green card is available for pick up within 3-4 business days. Once you have your green card in hands you can travel however, keep in mind that the green card expires in 6 months from the time it was approved. So you have to leave to the US within 6 months before it expires. I hope that helps.

Hi Everyone,

Can anyone please share how they looked up/saved call history logs done through whatsapp? My iphone & whatsapp only go back as far as the last month for call logs. So I'm trying to figure out a way to get my call logs from when my husband and I were speaking before our wedding and so forth. Any tips/recommendations are highly appreciated!

I realized that my calls were dropping off so I had to start taking screenshots of my call logs. However, my text messages with my husband go way back. Do you have text messages?
