Recommendation for intend to revoke.. help with evidence

My time line is on page and i have been accurate in updating everything. I waited 11 months for a decision after petition was returned on March 1st 2017, and got a update on February 1st 2018. Receive consulate response from USCIS on February 5th 2018. The consulate officer lied and stated my hubby and i never provided proof of our wedding and marriage. Which we did when we originally turned in our petition. They questions the authenticity of my husband divorce decree from previous marriage. His divorce decree he showed at interview had original stamping and but the one i submitted at filling did not.. my husband was previously married to a US citizen prior to him and i getting married. I am a us citizen. My husband is based in Nigeria. Talked about why my husband applied for three previous school visa and why he put married on 2  and 1single. Which my husband stated that him and his ex hasn’t finally gotten a divorce decree was why he put single, because they never communicated during that time and was unsure what he should of put. Then talked about how we never had good hard evidence on prior to getting married; but only submitted marriage certificate. I can afford paying for a attorney currently due to some family obligations that has occurred but any advice you all have is helpful. God Bless.

 

evidence i have gathered to submit are:

 

1:I submitted atatement feom my mom and siblings, my cousin, myself, my hubby, his aunt who introduced us, and my hubby dad.(6 letters)

2:submitted chat records from what i could gather from 2014- January 2018 & video chat screen chats.(over 100 pages worth)

3:western union and world remit record(2015-2017)

4:conversations from Senator and US embassy Nigeria at the time he was sent while i waited outside.

5:chat from my husband and ex wife talking of their divorce and a letter she submitted to the court about their divorce.( about 13 pages)

6:my passport showing my 3 travels to Nigeria (1st stay for 7 days, 2nd visit 3 weeks and 3rd visit for 3 weeks)

7:pictures of my hubby and his family during my visits from 2015-2017(a little over 30 pictures).

8:conversation for assistance from senator and Ombosmen

What you have to do with your NOID is each denial point that state you need to address it with evidence. Point#1...... have evidence.

 

The issue I see is your husband was married before yet applied 3 times for a student visa. Was he actually married to his wife then? Why a student visa and not a immigration visa. Are you sure he had American wife listed and not just say he was married to a Nigerian wife to show ties.

He needs to write an explanation show proof that he was married at that time and to whom.

 

Why are you including the letters to senator and Ombudsmen that doesn't prove a bonafide relationship. You need evidence and alot of solid evidence that this is real.

Since he is still in Nigeria what happened to first marriage why didn't she petition him? There could very well be something in his file that is stopping all this.

 

Points of Denial mentioned

1.  Provide proof of our wedding and marriage. - pictures of each visit, receipts with your names on it, visa stamps, boarding pass, itinerary, Affidavits from family members
2. They questions the authenticity of my husband divorce decree from previous marriage. - resubmit the certified copy with the raised sell No copy.
3. Talked about why my husband applied for three previous school visa and why he put married on 2  and 1single. - He will have to show who he was married to at the time and explain why he lied and said he was single. That is a misrep. Regardless if they were talking or not. He knew he was married.
4. Talked about how we never had good hard evidence on prior to getting married; but only submitted marriage certificate. - Doesn't look like you fruit loaded. So this is where you show the chats, IM's phone logs from the beginning.

My husband ex-wife petitioned him then but they never approved before she withdraw it. He stated i was an American wife but i have Nigerian background. I don’t have access to the certified copy, it’s with my husband in Nigeria. He did write the reason for question 3. I have stated that i didn’t have the certified copy in a letter.

7. add more photos from ALL trips and categorized (arranged) for each trip, dated, location, names of people in photos.
Tell your love story in photos and as your relationship grew.

Submit initial communications over the years to current via chat, text, fb or whatever medium you used.

I understand he wrote a letter explaining why he stated 2 x married and once single, I have heard the cultural meaning 
is often misunderstood. When you are dating you are still single on official forms. When the divorce has been initiated but 
is not final by decree of the court then you are still married even though you are separated and moved on.
He needs to understand that difference.
Add wedding photos with family.
I would submit at least 100-150 photos from beginning of the relationship to wedding to current.
Besides all boarding passes, passport stamps, receipts from hotels, trips, anything and everything that says you are together as a couple.
What other points are in the NOID ? You should post the letter with personal names/address blacked out.
Write a relationship timeline, clear, precise and to the point, not more than 2 pages covering everything.
If you own joint bank accounts in Nigeria, joined property ownership, joint lease, life insurance, wills, any of these are good evidence
of a bona fide marriage.

I have no idea how the bolded line fits into your context of the post.

Whatever authentic divorce decree from the registrar was issued needs to be submitted, not a street "document."
He has to get this divorce decree in Nigeria and it is not your responsibility to provide it, it is his and to give it to you so you can
submit it. It is not that difficult to get an authentic Nigerian divorce decree document.

Why no stamp on the one you submitted with the petition ?
It raises questions when both aren't the same.
Was one certified and one a plain copy or did it look different overall ?

You need someone well versed in structuring correct sentences to look over your letters you will write in response to the NOID.
Some of your comments are confusing and the immigration officer may think the same.
You have 30 days to get your response mailed off so you should have made plans ahead of time to get the correct divorce decree
that they want to see. You would run out of time to do that now I suppose. I really don't understand what the problem is with his 
divorce document. He filed, they issued and that is that.

The issue is that i did not frontload my paperwork with chats, and pictures. My husband and I don’t really take much pictures, but we have tons of video& since they don’t support that, that’s the issue. I even have a video of me dressing up and all wedding day stuff and the whole thing. They stated that his divorce decree couldn’t be verified because Nigeria doesn’t have electronics mean of inputting paperwork in their system. My response was proof read by an attorney for my response. The attorney stated conversation about the divorce that i sent between my husband and his ex-wife is sufficient because it showed he stated she no longer want the marriage and talked about the immigration lawyer. I also got a copy of the statement his ex-wife wrote to the court when she did not attend the final judgement to issue the decree. My husband has the original divorce decree with the seal on it while i only held on to the photocopied divorce decree. I included conversation with Ombosmen showing that i made efforts in getting resolution for it and with my senator showing that i reached out for assistance while i was abroad regarding AP and followed up with the case even till now.

My petition has been reaffirmed and it was sent to Nvc. The letter was dated 2/23/2018 but the case status website hadn’t been changed yet
