K1 Visa Question for Colombian Fiance

Hello,

I just received my NOA1 for a K-1 visa for  my fiance in Colombia. I plan on visiting her this week and will be taking with me the Form I-134 Affidavit of Support along with my pay stubs, w2, bank statements and tax returns. Since the process takes  about 6 months is it too early to provide those to her to take to the embassy since they will be 6 months old when she goes in for her in person interview? 

 

any tips would be apprceiated here. I guess I can email her updated documents a few weeks before the interview to make sure its all current.

 

Just not sure what else i can take to her since I will be seeing her in person, not trying to waste $50 Fedex documents that I can provide in person or email. Thanks in advance for the help.....

I would say it's too early.

 

When the time comes, you can scan those documents to your fiance, no need to fedex!

that makes sense. I can scan and send later, I havent filed last years taxes yet but will in the next few months.
