Lmao true.. But he/she got a point tho.

But tbh i wont ever stick my ### to him if i saw he is a damn deadbet or a irresponisible ###.

Whats gonna happen to me if he is , right? In the future? Well im sure everything what you said is going to happen or Oh! Probably more than that.

And coming in the US is not the reason why i am trying hard and ask some shyt in this forum. Is it because i damn miss him. Btw, I was in the states as a J1 holder last Feb-July if i am really just really want to be in states probably i never go back in my country tho😂(Which mostly of the j1 did it)

But me and him going to do it in a right way. No matter what it takes 😬 and since i need to go back in my country to get my credentials of my bachelors degree that i just finished.

But i understand your point of view and thanks.

point or not, this forum is to answer questions, not to judge someone who they don't know the history of. We all, or most of us, do not go into a relationship on a pre-judgment bias, if that were the case with everyone no one would be married.

thousands of couples get married after dating and their real part of the partner comes out, you then realize you made a mistake or you attempt to make it work and it just doesn't.  if something starts to go bad there are support groups places to turn for help.

You know whats funny. You and my fiance is literally in the same boat tho. He got a custody to his child but his ex wont let him and she flew away with their kid away from Fl to New mexico. She never gave him a chance to be with his daughter,  Idk whats her issue. BUT she can get arrested of that too..

Don't get mad at other people on this forum. They are just trying to help you even if it comes off as mean it really isn't, we are just trying to help you. But some women are like that in all honesty and I have heard of that happening to guys who get custody of kids. The mother will run to another state/county and then the father has to take them to court all over again. All the while the attorney fees just keep piling up.

BTW where in Pinas are you from po? My asawa is from Davao.

Greetings!

This is related to passport denial/ child support topic.

Reference: https://www.usa.gov/passport-problems#item-37102

Denial of a U.S. Passport Application

There are a number of reasons why the U.S. Department of State can deny your U.S. Passport application or renewal, including:

  • Being subject to foreign extradition requests - handing over (a person accused or convicted of a crime) to the foreign state or country in which the crime was committed.
  • Certain court orders and declarations
  • If a previous passport was revoked
  • Defaulted on an assistance loan from the Department of State. You must repay this loan first, or arrange to do so.
  • If you owe child support.
  • Minors involved in custody disputes.

If you are behind on your child support payments, you must reach agreements with the appropriate child support agency in each state where you owe more than $2,500 in child support. Your passport application or renewal will be processed once you pay the debt or make an arrangement to do so. Then the denial request is withdrawn by the state.

Child Support Payments

If you owe $2,500 or more in child support, you are not eligible to receive a U.S. passport.

Pay your child support arrears to the appropriate state child support enforcement agency before applying for your passport.

  1. Make arrangements to pay your child support arrears with the appropriate state child support enforcement agency.
  2. The state agency reports to HHS that you've made acceptable payment arrangements.
  3. HHS removes your name from their list and reports this to us. This may take 2-3 weeks.
  4. We verify that HHS removed your name.
  5. We process your application normally.

Please Note: Direct all questions about your child support arrears to the appropriate state child support enforcement agency. We have no information about your child support obligations, just if you have arrears greater than $2,500.

Thanks! I knew it already.. I even talked to the Passport agency that he applied for. And explained to me that they already got his passport and its about to be ship but since he owed like 5k up. They keep it on old for 90 days. (Which he is working on paying it . Paying 2x than his child support cost every month)

When did they start denying passports based on Child Support?

I have heard of state agencies not renewing Driver Licenes or Vehicle Tags, but never a passport.

They have for a long time.  How the hell is he going to support himself and wife if he can't even pay child support?
