Does anyone have any information about the fiance visa while having a background I been in prison and have been out since 2009. I dont have any of the charges there asking about on the form. Does anyone have any knowledge. Time is getting near and I'm scared

Are you the petitioner or the beneficiary? Also what were you in prison for?

Ok, then that is good. If it had anything to do with the Adam Walsh Act or Sexual  offenses then it almost always means that you can't petition anyone. 

 

If it is something like it usually gets approved but embassies make sure that your fiance is well aware of what went on and what it means. What country is this?
