Hi VJ I hope to have advice no blame ok my brother had to pass an F1 visa in 2009 but his name was reversed and the date of birth to change 1 year obviously it's a fraud but he did not know since someone one has to mount his records at the time he was a minor (17 years) his mother has applied the petition F2B since then and he must pass for the interview soon he mentioned the fraud in the DS-260 that could it help him to show his good faith and his regret in order to have a Chance oubien a visa fraud is irreversible Thank you.
