Why is tracking your visa in Ghana sooo hard?

Ok so my spouse was approved on Jan 31st. He received the normal white paper. We had an existing profile so we have been following up to check on the issuance of his visa.  Im not surprised to see that there is NO STATUS or NO PASSPORT IN SYSTEM.    Really?? I know it takes two weeks to receive it but why is nothing in the system. Also the numbers on the white form do not work ..

 

I emailed the embassy and us docs does anyone have any thoughts? How can an embassy be so disorganized especially with official private documents...wow??

Hi All

I was able to talk with NVC who stated our visa has been issued and at times usdocs does not update as quickly.  If you find yourself in this situation contact NVC they were extremely helpful. Hosana in the highest!!!
