Expired NOA2

I can't seem to find any recent cases where a NOA2 petition has expired at Montreal. Ours is expiring beginning of March and no Packet 4 received yet, no interview date in sight.

Has anyone heard of a petition expiring recently? Will they let it expire with the petition being so close to an interview date?

How many times have you tried to send packet 3? What does your CEAC status say?  Generally montreal automatically extends the NOA2.

@NikLR I have sent packet 3 like 5 times already and the status on ceac says our case is ready for us to schedule an interview.

have you tried emailing them or using their online form about why packet 4 is taking so long?

I have not seen an online form, but every time we send packet 3, we do get a general email back saying that the email has been received by the Montreal unit. We also received one email that said we need to wait for them to contact us regarding booking the interview. UGH!

Have you tried emailing them something other than packet 3 or using the online form on the embassy website?  If no then try those things first and double check your packet 3 is correct. You only have to book the interview by noa2 date, not have the interview.
