What is the best floral and/or gift delivery service in Biliran?  Specificaly in the Culaba area.  I would like to have flowers and a necklace delivered for Valentine's Day.  I perused a few websites but the jewelry seemed cheap. Are there any reputable jewelry stores that would ship to brgy.bool central culaba?  Trying to get ideas.

I use these people.  So far so good.  The flowers are beautiful.  I used them 4 times and other than a late (after 10:00 PM) delivery once they have been rock solid.  Not sure about the necklace but this is great for flowers.

Contrary to what the website says.  "We deliver flowers to any location in Philippines . "

 

It is only a 1km hop across a bridge to the island from Leyte.  Maybe they have a florist in the network there

Thanks!  That is one of the ones I found.  I will give them a shot and report back.

Also I will just send  $$$ to fiance to buy a yellow gold necklace.  I gave her a white gold engagement ring that she loves but everyone there think it's stainless steel or silver. 

I try to tell her no one here wears yellow gold much except for old people..but what a girl wants a girl wants.  😂
