Selective service documents

I have to take all the documents needed for selective service for my citizenship interview. One of the documents I have to show for selective service is the following:

Certified copy of school records/transcript issued by a school accredited by a U.S. state, jurisdiction or territory. A report card is not accepted.

I have an official transcript from my college I just purchased. It says if I remove the sticker it would not be official any more. Do I take this while still in the envelop or do I take a photo copy and take the photo copy with me?

I ask at what age, because if you came into USA after the age that is required to file then you need to show when you entered into USA as a legal resident.

I would assume the relevant documentation are your I-20 forms and your F-1 visas, which indicate that you were on a valid nonresident visa between the ages of 18 and 25, and hence not required to register for selective service.
