I want to apply US tourist visa to visit my BF

I'm planning to apply tourist visa to visit my Bf and go to some places that i've never been in SF. I am still student. I've been in US twice as J1 visa last 2016 and 2017. Last year when I went there me and my bf travel together in US and when i went back to Philippines he visited me thrice last year.  Is it possible that I'll be approve for tourist visa ? Thank you

There is a building on Roxas Blvd in Ermita area. It will only cost you $160 to find out.

It is very possible that you will get approved because you have already been to the US before and have came back with no issues. But you may not approved because your situation has changed as well now. So the best course of action is to apply for it and be truthful at all times.
