Hello guys!! Feb 9th is my date... patiently waiting!!!!  What does everyone mean when they keep asking for the dates on the old site and the new site?? Can someone explain this to me please?

The old site doesn't seem to be updating anymore. Only the new site. You will need to create an account on the new site to see your case number.

Probably he will be there for november! being optimistic of course!! So what a cute love story! And also coming from Tinder that is not exactly a love dating app! hahahah but Nice!! i visited my fiancee in the late June, he will visit me again for the last time for now in october, because yeahhh we have a lot of things to do after POE...AOS, house makeover(U know we girls have our personal touch to the men houses)!!! I wish u good look!!! and your time is coming!! Im excited for u guys! please keep me post!

My goodness! But I keep looking through the January Filers thread and there are some people who are 200+ days, is it possible that USCIS could move on to the next group without thoroughly finishing the other month groups?

Each case that USCIS receives is different. A whole list of questions needs to be answered from their script. Until the answers are answered then the file cannot move to the approved states. So if you say, as you do, that USCIS should wait till every one say from January has been adjudicated then February could possibly be waiting an additional 3 months till all of January have been cleared. Though we often think USCIS systems are screwy that only comes from the emotional side of observing when in reality, your idea just wouldn't work.

So the moral of this story is that you need more Patience.

I’m hoping that next week we start to see that slow trickle of February approvals, and then the week after it goes full steam ahead!

Ive got my fiancé here with me in Australia at the moment, and getting out NOA2 while she is here would be the best thing ever!
