Yeah can someone explain or understand why that is happening? Super happy for them but people who did it months ago why they don't see their applications. So confusing and weird 😐

Unfortunately that's just the process, they seem to skim through a month then start the next month while still working on the previous months.  Usually cases that get "left behind" require some sort of extra processing. No one really knows what goes on at USCIS, we just have to go with it.  

AOS/EAD/AP Filed: April 5, 2019 
NOA 1: April 12, 2019
Biometrics Appointment: May 8, 2019
RFIE Rec'd: June 21, 2019 - Request for long form birth certificate

RFIE Reply Sent: July 16, 2019
AOS Interview Date: October 3, 2019, APPROVED 

Green card Received: October 10, 2019

noa1 date is actually they date on ur hard copy. Sadly if u reach the magical 220 day u must wait till 225 to contact Uscis. They use what the new site says. Even if ur paper says X date. 

They added 5 days onto everyone’s accepted on NOA1

RFE issued 09/19/2018 - waiting for the hard copy 

Finally Recieved a faxed copy of the RFE 10/22/2018 

sent the faxed RFE copy 10/29/2018 

Received a hard copy in the mail 10/30/2018 

NOA2: 11/06/2018 😃💃💃💃

Received an email from NVC about receiving the case Recently. 11/15/2018

also a june filer receive NOA2 .... i was always dreaming  about it...but just waiting my turn like everybody else here! God time is perfect!!!! Good luck to u all!!!

04/04/18  - Mailed I-129F

04/06/18 -  NOA1 notice date email/text

10/18/18 -  RFE notification

10/22/18 -  RFE received in mail

11/01/18 -  RFE sent to USCIS

11/06/18 -  RFE received by USCIS

11/14/18 -  NOA2

11/27/18 - NVC Received

12/12/18 - NVC Case number

01/8/19 - Scheduled interview-APPROVED

01/21/19 - POE!

That june case is pretty confusing. He mentioned that they loaded up with things which were not even asked in the form. Good for them though. For a change something new happened 😊
