Yes, sorry i meant since filing.

I didn't know that was considered evidence as i read that the snapshots you take prove nothing as they have no proof it is actually your fiancee on the other side of the conversation.

But originally we submitted photos from the years together previous, vacation flight tickets etc.

thanks

Yes
It depends on what was filed originally
I know many people that took what was with their original submission and re-presented it at the interview and was fine.

IF you original submission was strong to meet the requirements and you have a bona fide relationship, I wouldn't worry too much

Just make sure fiance has the proper documents needed for interview when that comes- Affidavit of Support, tax returns, etc.

FYI- that's assuming you already have your SSN
Some insurance companies will not add you without an SS regardless if you are married or not. So it's good to ask your future spouse what the status is with their insurance/how to plan to have ur SS before marriage.

I have contacted my insurance and they stated that all that was needed was proof of marriage. Social security number was not needed at that time. I do work for a world wide company. Other employers may have different ways of going about it. That's why I said may want to contact insurance company just to double check.

IN REGARDS TO WHICH DATE TO USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

noa1 date is actually they date on ur hard copy. Sadly if u reach the magical 220 day u must wait till 225 to contact Uscis. They use what the new site says. Even if ur paper says X date.

They added 5 days onto everyone’s accepted on NOA1

Thankyou! Great Help!

I have another question someone may potentially be able to help with.

We are both young, so were planning on using her father (she's the petitioner) as a co-sponser for the affidavit of support. Do they both fill out the I-134 form? and how?

Also, she has just accepted a job earning enough to cover it herself however she doesn't start for another few months at least. So what would your advise be for that ?

thanks in advance

Get a letter from her employer stating rate of pay and date of hire and her position on a letter head and put that on the i134 and what the year salary will be and yes have her father do a separate I-134. Make sure you can support what was on the I29 and everything should be fine as far as proof of yearly that comes when you apply for your green card at that point you show the proof of income and tax returns pay stubs and so on but for the interview they usually ask for the l 134 if any. I would have some of dads pay stubs to play on the safe side every embassy is different, good luck to you guys

Hello everyone! I have been reading some comments either here or other forums about a '''new and the old website''! What is it all about?

There are two websites that you can log into to check your case status with the USCIS. The old website is being phased out and replaced by the new one.

Your co-sponsor needs to meet the requirement for their own household size plus the foreign fiancé(e). They fill out their own separate I-134 and provide their supporting documentation: most recent tax transcript (or complete copy of return), and proof of current income such as letter from employer and/or recent pay stubs. Add in proof that the co-sponsor is a USC or LPR. Your fiancé(e) will hand your I-134 and supporting documents along with the co-sponsors at the interview when asked for them. The co-sponsor must provide every document required in the I-134 as it does for the applicant. Follow the official instructions for the I-134 and you should then be prepared when asked for the financials. Keep in mind, that every Embassy is different and they do not have to except a co-sponsor.

Nothing. Just an old website that is being phased out for the new website for status change. The information is not used for anything but to inform you that action has been taken on your case. That's all it is.
