I know i need to get police records/medical history, but in terms of other stuff to get together, all we really need is more evidence of our relationship in case they ask at embassy right?

IN REGARDS TO WHICH DATE TO USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

noa1 date is actually they date on ur hard copy. Sadly if u reach the magical 220 day u must wait till 225 to contact Uscis. They use what the new site says. Even if ur paper says X date.

They added 5 days onto everyone’s accepted on NOA1

One of the sections says Birth Certificate. Missed that in previous readings of what we need. We just bring our birth certificate, right? Not the petitioner's?

Birth CertificateObtain the original, or certified copy (provided by the issuing authority), of the birth record of each family member (yourself, your spouse, and all unmarried children under the age of 21, even if they are not immigrating with you.  If the children are deceased, so state giving year of death). Note:  We will not accept the short form version of a UK birth certificate.  The certificate must list both parents’ names;

Any UK people here who have started preparing?

(i haven't yet and should probably start working out what i need for next steps...)

I have my police certificate, my petitioner fiancé has prepared his financial information. I have confirmed with my doctors that they have my full vaccine records. I have the appropriate passport sizes photos ready. I have Original copies of my birth certificate and my divorce certificate.

I haven’t yet done the DS-160, be interested to know when others may choose to do that?

I just mean to take to the interview. The affidavit of support. If you scroll up you’ll see a link that BJ has posed to the US embassy website. I think If your doctor can do a print out then that should suffice. They will just offer to vaccinate you for a few for anything you can’t prove you have anyway at the medical. luckily my doctor has all my vaccine records since birth uploaded onto the computer which is not always the case. Might be work checking

@rbrow5  @hannahraeroxs  Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline or your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. If you look at the profile others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine your Embassy. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question.

Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you.

Thanks

Looks like we have a Jan. 24th filer (old site) approved as the latest thus far. Closer!!

As an aside, how about instead of listing old site/new site dates when we announce our approvals, we just say the receipt date from our NOA1? That's what USCIS loosely goes by and makes more sense than the arbitrary "new site" date that is just there to let you know when you're allowed to call and complain.

Be sure to check your DS-3025 that it states that all vaccinations are complete or you will need to see a civil surgeon once you begin your AOS processing to complete that form prior to submitting your AOS package. Just some friendly advice. :thumbs:
