Leaving on Thursday to go for 20 days and then I have a flight scheduled for Aug 1 and staying for 8 days. I hope and pray the next flight I take after that is October or November to get her!

I went two weeks the beginning of this month and hope the next time will be to bring her home. We'll see what happens though... Nothing is ever 100% for certain with this process.

Hey guys, I was doing a mini scan of Feb 28 cases ( it's my NOA1 date) and I found a case that has been approved on May 24. I'm pretty sure it's expedite, but it was crazy to find an approval so close to my WAC number!

Seems like they're slowing down a little bit... they're still half way done with the Nov cases, and my NOA2 timeline got pushed back from mid Aug to late Aug.

it appears that way because of the new system in my opinion hang in there your time is coming!

Hello guys,

 

I just received a case tracker noticed (Withdrawal Acknowledgement Notice Was Sent) The notice stated: On May 24, 2018, we received your request to withdraw your Form I-129F, Petition for Alien Fiance(e), Receipt Number ---------- and completed our review. We mailed you a Withdrawal Acknowledgment Notice. 

 

The only problem is I did not request to withdraw my case. I never even got the I-797. I called USCIS a couple months ago to notify them that I did not receive the I-797 and rep told me not to worry because I have the case number and should be able to track the status that way. Now I do not know what to do. What should I do now? I was happy when the case update notification popped on on my phone but I am very disappointed with no clue of what to do. Please help!!

I would try to contact them over the phone.

You need to call them ASAP
If you did not share your case number/information with anyone else that could have put in that request, then you need to contact them on the phone and sort this out.
Request for a Tier II person since a Tier I person most likely will not be able to help you.

I left the US in March after visiting my fiance and in 12 days she comes to Australia to spend three months here living with me before she goes back to college.

 

All I can say is thank god she's almost here. I miss her every day and Facetime and texting just sometimes isn't enough. 

 

Hopefully when she leaves Australia at the end of our trip we have our NOA2. The trends seem to suggest that, but with the new website and all the silent NOA's it's too hard to know. I understand that the new system has been messing up the estimates and they aren't as bad as they seem, but jeez, it's hard not to get down hey!

I haven't seen my honey since September.. he lives in Bulgaria and tickets are SO expensive that far away... We Skype regularly and whatsapp text but I'm happy to see other couples visiting each other. At this rate it seems like it's going to be exactly a year that we've been apart :/

I’ve called them and was transferred to a tier II person, all she did was corrected my zip since that was incorrect. She opened a case and provided me with a USCIS referral ID number. Now I’m wondering what their next step is going to be. Should I call again?? Im not having a good feeling at all about the situation.
